Beautiful well curated hotel with convenient location. Loved the onsen in the room! Wish we could’ve stayed longer!

Private rooftop onsen with modern ryokan-style room supported by AI-assisted controls for lights and air conditioner. Walkable to 7-Eleven nearby to buy drinks and snacks for onsen dipping. Conveniently located close to Hakone-Yumoto station to start the Hakone loop trip and/or return to Odawara station.

The SPA is amazing! and the room is second to none! besides this, it has the best location, quiet ,near the train station and bus for the loop! Will definitely comeback!

Love the place the room and how quiet it is

Great Location, close to train station and walking distance to restraints. Very Quiet-the Zagakurkan was fully booked and we did not hear outside noise from anyone. The facility harboured a relaxing zen like atmosphere. The amenities in the room promoted a withdraw from the business of normal life. We would look to stay here again if we were in the area.

Staff were really helpful and friendly. Trying to best facilitate our needs. The room was new and well designed. Very modern but still sent vibes of traditional Japanese. Onsen was pretty enjoyable!

The hotel is very charming, and exceptionally clean. There are many restaurants and shops near by the hotel. Extremely convenient area with the bus and train station a few minutes away, to get to the various attractions.

Didn’t have an opportunity to visit the restaurant so can’t share a review on the dining. However, the bed comfort and room was superb. Great use of space planning for the room. Everything a traveler would need. Staff is friendly.

The room was absolutely incredible and the amenities were fantastic. Although we visited in summer and the heat was extreme, the rooftop onsen was still a highlight. Sitting up there while looking up at the Hakone mountains was an unforgettable experience. Hotel is smal and intimate and we very highly recommend dining at the restaurant for an incredible sushi experience.

Beautiful hotel and room was amazing. Very happy with our stay.

We had the best time here. The hotel room was spacious and clean and the private onsen was amazing each night after miles of walking and hiking. If we ever come back to Hakone we would definitely stay here. Perfect location. Easy walk from the train and the hotel held our luggage before checkin so we could explore a bit.
