It was the 2nd time I booked Ceylonz, it is a great place to stay.

Strategic location, the hotel is quite crowded with guests, the lobby is not very spacious, the room is large, the bed and bathroom are clean but were not cleaned after staying for one night.

The place and facility were really great. Just location-wise, the roads are a bit up and down to Jalan Alor area. Overall, really great.

Close to Jl. Alor via a relatively quiet shortcut. The room is quite large, but a little dusty. Beautiful swimming pool with a view of KL Tower.

The room was spacious and clean, and the location was very convenient.

The hotel staff is friendly and accommodating. There's a 10% tax for foreign tourists and a RM 100 deposit. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable. The only downside was the AC leaking on the second night. Other than that, it's good.

My room is on 23F with a nice view of the Petronas Towers, 600m walk to Chinatown. The staff are friendly and very helpful, highly recommended.

The room is spacious, enough for us 3 adults and 1 baby, close to everywhere, very strategic, it's just a shame there's no drinking water, luckily there's a mart on the ground floor to buy drinks or food.

The rooms are clean, fully equipped with amenities such as hair dryer, iron. Depending on the room, there will be a washing machine. There is a big TV and a large kitchen for cooking. The view from the top floor is amazing, you can see all the big buildings in KL. There is a small 24/7 convenience store in the lobby, the price is reasonable. In general, a budget of about 500 fish per night for 1 person is okay!

The staff is very friendly and responsive, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. It's close to My Din and Central Market. If I go to KL again, I will stay at Ceylonz again.

It was great to stay in this apartment, near to BB and public transportation. I have stayed 2 times, will be back again if I travel to KL

So far ok. No issues on the room we stayed.

The apartment is nice, the room is spacious. But in my opinion, if you want peace and quiet, this is the place. I happen to really like snacking and hanging out at night, so public transportation other than the bus is a bit difficult. It's a long walk to Bukit Bintang 😂 Grab is a traffic jam. Grab isn't far, but the traffic is unbearable. That's it. The room is okay. The price is really good... only because I try to save on transportation by walking everywhere. Yeah... it's a bit difficult. Also, if I want to eat, I order from Panda Food. There's no food vendor around. Thanks, Ceylonz 🩵

The hotel is very clean and recommended for families.

When staying at this hotel, the rooms were quite spacious and the amenities were quite complete. Unfortunately, there's no daily cleaning staff, and if trash piles up, guests have to take it out themselves, which is a bit disappointing. 🙏🏻🙏🏻
