Very comfortable hotel. Easy access, strategic location. Quite complete facilities, available kitchen set can be used for cooking by yourself, there is a microwave and refrigerator. Clean bathroom. Room is quite spacious (we booked for 3 people).

the hotel experience were superb, the only things that was a let down was the distance between the hotel and convenience store and surrounding restaurant were too far

The location is quiet, quite far from the dining area and no drinks are provided in the room. The swimming area is not recommended for children because it is high.

cheap apartment with luxurious look... the staff is very friendly, you can request a room with the best view (petronas tower and twin tower) so you can see the beautiful view even in the room. the room is spacious and aesthetic. there is a swimming pool on the rooftop with a very beautiful view, don't miss the view at night. the swimming pool area is open until 12 midnight, enjoy soaking in the pool while enjoying the city light of kuala lumpur. there is a minimarket in the lobby area.

This Ceylonz hotel can be a recommendation for a family vacation in Malaysia, the room is very spacious and the facilities in the room are very pleasant, when I booked I asked for a room on the top floor with a view of the KL Tower, but I got a view of the second tallest building in the world, Merdeka Tower 118, both are OK, then there is a very complete kitchen for us to cook if we want, this is a hotel but with apartment facilities, there is a microwave, electric stove, there are cooking utensils that can be used to make instant noodles, cutlery, a 2-door refrigerator.. the bathroom is spacious.. it's just that we were not provided with mineral water, so we immediately bought a mini gallon, and coincidentally what I experienced was that the TV program could not watch Malaysian TV, I had informed the receptionist that an engineer would be sent in the morning to check, but he never came. but it's okay overall, highly recommended to stay there with kids, many foreigners stay there too, swimming pool on the 37th floor with a view of Kl tower and petronas tower, there is also a night club there, then close to the mydin souvenir center, 10 minutes walk (from mydin on the side of the road there is a Reetz roti jhon n burger shop, it's really delicious, the mak ci is also very kind), to alor you can also walk about 20 minutes. thank you Ceylonz I can recommend it to friends if they want to stay there. Comfortable & clean hotel, with an amazing pool view. The only downside is that there is no free drinking water provided in the room & there is no daily room cleaning service.

Overall it was ok 👍 but they didn't give me any water even though I was really tired when I got there, so I was forced to go back down to the minimarket downstairs, luckily it was still open.

CI and CO are fast, the rooms are complete and there is a minimart in the lobby.

Overall OK, room space is quite small.
