If they had said it was previously student accommodation from the start we would not have booked it. Bed to small for two adults and uncomfortable due to base. Shower like standing in a coffin and rest of bathroom not much bigger. Chair very warn. All just too tight. Very little space to put anything in bathroom. A common fault with lots of properties. A bedside light on the floor. How do you reach that. They could have put in a small quadrant shelf for it. Its obviously all about the money to them.

My stay was amazing. It felt like a home away from home. Very comfortable, accessible and convenient. The place was beautiful and very clean! And housekeeping was so friendly. I definitely want to stay again.

Loved the freedom of Roseland House, the shared kitchen/dining/lounge room was amazing. Code for front door and room was much better than having a key,all worked perfectly. Comfy bed, plenty storage space and en-suite shower was great. Only a couple small moans….only mirror was in the bathroom so drying hair was difficult and somewhere to hang toiletries in shower cubicle would be handy.. Had a lovely stay, would definitely stay again, 😊👍

Roseland house is a great stay. The accommodation was incredibly clean & a real credit to the person responsible . The room had ensuite & a fridge. Fantastic value considering the location. Whilst the accommodation is close to the Town centre & beaches there is a 20 minute walk (depending on speed) to either location. As an accommodation for people on a budget this is perfect.

Good location to see town. Bed in room 7 was terrible as springs had gone in one half making it very difficult for sleeping. Room 7 also small for 2 people with a suitcase. Communal shower on ground floor only provided lukewarm water when set at max for hot water.

Would stay again.

Loft room was too small

Very convenient at good price. Well-located - quick walk to town centre shops, restaurants, and ferries. I got sent the PIN code (by text and email) for the building and room entry well in advance, which meant it was no problem that i ended up checking in at midnight due to late trains. It was also nice to go out during my stay without having to double-check that i had a room key. Kitchen/lounge facility seemed nice though i didn't use it much. View wasn't amazing but was fine (room 13). Would definitely consider returning in future.

Lovely clean property. Value for money

Liked that it is clean and comfortable. The room had everything we needed. The shared facilities are great, lovely to be able to cook. The only thing we couldnt find was a chopping board. Good also that we could arrive and leave as we wanted, using our code. It was my husband's first time staying and he was very impressed.

The property was clean and tidy easy access to the property come and go as you please and handy having laundry facilities very happy

Great location, easy check in hassle free. Room needs a long mirror, as for two women this was an issue as the one in the bathroom was just not enough it was little, hair dryer broken and burning, considering there are beaches there were no places to dry towels/ swimming costumes ect which became a pain, shower pressure was not great, I understand that these are just little touch ups but they make all the difference, overall not bad for the money

I was a very late arrival which i am sure would have posed problems with most other hotels. But keycoded doors sorted all that out. Had a fantastic nights kip and away in the morning. Brilliant. Thanks guys.

Really great room- very clean, en-suite, large fridge and freezer, tv, tea/coffees making facilities and fan. Shared kitchen and lounge was immaculate with added bonus of washing machines with soap and conditioner provided. .15 min walk down the hill to centre of town. Would definitely recommend this place - excellent

Very small cramped room, looked nothing like the photos online. And for that money. We walked away 🙁

Fabulous stay lovely clean place comfy beds, lovely area the only thing I would say is guest need to be more aware of doors i.e not to slam them

A very comfortable stay for the price, room was clean and well presented. TV was small but watchable, reception issues aside. Extraction fan in bathroom would have benifited from a hoovering.
