Great Property. Property condition is in very good. Everting is new. Great location. Restaurants, bars, shopping is in walking distance and is on quiet street. Staff, service is good, The best service we received in last couple years. Manager of the property Murat bey is kind, helpful person. They did our every request. Breakfast is very good. I definite recommend this property. We will definitely come back again.

The owners are lovely and the location is amazing; 5 - 10 mins walk to all different spots and bus stops.

Excellent better than any other hotel we’ve stayed in Cesme. Everything was 10/10 fabulous clean rooms, fresh homemade breakfast each and every morning, beautiful gardens and pool area .. Idil Hanim reception and Murat bey management did everything they could to make our stay perfect. We can’t wait to go back .. thank you

We spent a week in Cemal Alaçatı and had an amazing time there. There is a beautiful pool, our room was clean, nice and spacious with a patio. The area with all the restaurants is just a few minutes walk away- very close but still far enough not to get the party noise during the night. Most of all, Berkay, the manager went out of his way to organise our daytrip to Ephesus and Sirinçe. He drove us there personally, making the trip perfect. On other occasions he organised us transport to and from the Beach Clubs and Çeşme Museum and made reservations for us. He speaks fluent German and English and also encourages the other staff in the hotel to do so. We had no problems communicating with the staff who mainly speak Turkish, but they tried everything to communicating with us anyway. We even learned some Turkish off them. I can only recommend staying there.

Personel ve işletmecilerin bu kadar kibar, samimi ve misafirperver olması gerçekten nadir rastlanan bir durum. Orada geçirdiğimiz zamanı çok sevdik. Murat Bey ve eşi son derece misafirperver, açık yürekli ve harika insanlardı. Köpekleri Chakra tam bir sevimlilik abidesiydi ve çocuklarımız onu çok sevdi!

Otel genel anlamda temiz ve güzeldi , fakat giderler iki odanında sıkıntılıydı komple banyo ıslak kaldı bir gece boyunca duştan sonra . Ve odalarda çok yoğun bir beyaz sabun kokusu mevcuttu havalandırma sonrası geçti .

Otelde gerçekten evinizde gibi hissediyorsunuz. Normalde otellerin zemin kat odalarını tercih etmezken, bu otelde zemin kat odaları özellikle çok sevdik çünkü odalar hem geniş hem de çok şık, havuza açılan bir bahçesi var. Otelin mimarisi ve dekorasyonu çok güzel. Hem Alaçatı çarşı ve Hacımemiş’e çok yakın, hem de gürültüden uzak ve park sorunu olmayan bir yerinde. Murat Bey’e de nezaketinden ve desteğinden ötürü çok teşekkür ediyoruz.
