Poor quality/condition of property. Insufficient services, ie no laundry. Poor service at the rooftop restaurant.

Room temperature was very cold, the young lady at front desk receptionist in the morning on 2/13 was very unprofessional she needs customer service.

Poor quality and condition of the finishes. Only two elevators and only 1 works. Across the whole property the finishes are poor quality, incomplete or falling apart.

Overall, we had a great experience. The room and the hotel (generally speaking) were clean and very modern. The opportunity here was the floor number 6, lobby and pool area. My only feedback for improvement is: need better control on drunk people at the lobby bar,
