They did not provide the accommodations we asked for; we wanted twin separated beds and got a queen bed.

Nice room for a decent price. Bit of a quirky automated check-in. Nice room with a patio in a modern bathroom however, water flooded the bathroom despite my best effort when I took a shower. Fantastic location.

There is an incredible mold problem in this property. It is all over the walls and ceiling. It caused us much concern. The water from the shower ran all over the bathroom. There is no way to make the water go down the drain.

I really liked this place. Very modern. Automated check in. I had ground floor terrace room, abutting the church. Bery clean, very comfortable refuge from biting cold rain on the camino. Great

Trying to get the info to enter the building was terrible. The room was nice enough but there was a periodic loud buzzing in the ceiling, I had to wear ear plugs. Also, Estella is boring, and the locals were not welcoming. Don’t waste your time!

Not that great. Very noisey neighbours. Try not to stay when festivals are on as neighbours kept bouncing ball on hotel front wall at 2am.Very disrespectful towards hotel clients. Self check in was okish. Not keen on it. Hotel was very clean. Apart from noisey selfish neighbours it would of be top score but as i i was kept up until early hours of the morning i would consider elsewhere in future

Check in with the automated system is BEYOND HORRIBLE! Took an hour and a half to check in while on the phone with the hotel help desk. Choose somewhere else. The aggravation after landing from the Camino is not worth it. Non staffed building. Even the cleaning crew couldn’t assist us.

I booked on the app. At check in the self check in machine charged my card again

The property overall was great. It was I. A wonderful location and the facilities were modern. There was no staff. The auto check-in was terrible. The email confirmation didn’t give you the right number to enter. I had to use the call button to ring the offsite staff person to help. The maid was onsite cleaning rooms and tried to help me but couldn’t. When I checked-out I need information about where to leave my bag for transport. Because there was no staff on-site I had to use the call button again. The woman answered once and did not give me the correct information. When I called back she never answered again. I called back five times. The sign said the call button staff was available 24/7.

Chambre agréable et propre sur le chemin de compostelle. Restaurant, bar, commerce à côté. Le moins pratique est l accès à la chambre, on doit appeler, recevoir un code après c est bon.

Etant tres nul en langue... je n’ai pas capter que je devais m’inscrire par le formulaire qu’ils m’avait envoyé... donc arriver sur place ... ben je m’enerve sur moi meme du au fait que je n’avais pas compris mon message et j’ai payé ma réservation 3 fois.... éfin tout ca pour dire que j’aurai préféré voir qq meme si au depart c’est moi la fautive.... sinon rien a redire a part peut etre une ou deux prise é plus aurai ou etre utile mais bon je titille un peu la
