The water slide was closed, it’s only open on the weekends. If we would’ve known it before, we would’ve booked another hotel. The kids were disappointed.

Bryce was so good to our ringette teams! He went above and beyond to help keep the girls entertained from opening the waterside early to bei g a willing participant in the scavenger hunt. Thank you we really enjoyed our stay😊

Needed a safe place to stay during the massive power outage affecting Simcoe County, and surroundings. Very friendly staff, excellent comminication via messaging system, accommodated early check-in for all of us - including our dog. THANK YOU! One note: get a few sets of earplugs, dogs in adjacent rooms follow their own rules to keep the place the way THEY like.

Originally sent to a room that was under construction. However they fixed this promptly giving us a new room and the rest was great. My kids loved the water slide

The hotel serves its purpose

My family thoroughly enjoyed the waterslide many rides down this slide were had.

Stayed one night and was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room, the pool/hot tub, and free breakfast! Will definitely be back!

Parking is limited, not enough to the room ratio

The floor in uneven, noisy I was on the second floor and can ear people from the 3rd floor walking

Stayed here with the kids for 2 nights. Staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is standard and included. If you are travelling with a pet there is no designated area for dogs. All the grassy area was covered with banks of snow. No garbage cans by the side doors. Close to restaurants and shopping. The pool is small but the waterslide is great for the kids. Overall, great and relaxing stay.

Check in was nice and easy the staff was friendly and helpful. Our kids had a blast on the waterslide and everything was as advertised. Plan to stay again
