ferface nice hotel and saff...

Overall good, room is small but comfy…. Except for I requested for a connecting room and they unable to arrange. Would suggest in future, the hotel to communicate with their customers directly via email etc., if not able to accommodate any request upfront instead of to tell when check in. My friend enjoyed the Onsen. Thank you

Clean room Very good, big bed but the pillows are smelly.

everywhere is easy, there is a public bath that is also quite tired to be able to soak

To small and the service to late and very bad hospitality even check in to noisy and complicated also very late not understand why the security sistem not make sense for self service check in.

The property has an onsen. near the train station It is a neighborhood like Little Korea behind the school. It is a very large nightlife area.
