A too-brief stay of 2 nights and 3 days in Fukuoka. It's a great city with a lot to offer. The room was clean, compact, and comfortable - if you are accustomed to Western-style hotels, be aware that the rooms are quite small by comparison. Everything worked well, including the ability to control the temperature. As the name implies, it is in the western part of the Tenjin neighborhood, close to lots of shopping and eating, and walkable (a little further) to areas such as the popular Canal City Hakata. Short walk to two stations on the Airport line, which takes you to Hakata Station and also directly to Fukuoka Int'l Airport - cheap and efficient. The staff were polite and efficient. Check-in was at a kiosk, with some assistance from staff. A special note about Mr. Chun, who was very friendly and helpful. He also speaks excellent English. Note: the entrance is easy to pass - enter just to the left of Cafe Max coffee shop.

The property was what I expected with this price. The location was convenient. My only concern was the safety. Frontdesk staff were not paying attetion to guets coming in. They do not check your room key nor greet you.

所々清掃が行き届いていない点があり少し残念でした。 また、壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の声が聞こえ就寝時とても気になりました。 清掃の都合もあるかと思いますが、満室でない限り可能であれば離して頂けたら嬉しかったです。

酒店附近環境安靜、安全，同時交通方便，亦可步行往天神

建物も綺麗で清潔感あり、また、立地も駅近で便利でした。欲を言えば、もう少し部屋が広いと、なお良し。

駅近で外出など便利。今回キャンペーン価格でよりリーズナブルで宿泊でき良かったです。チェックインも簡単でスムーズでした。 忘れ物をしたのですが、その対応も良くお世話になりました。

連泊でのアメニティ交換がいまいち

夜遅くについて翌朝早く出ました。駅から近く便利でした。

少し狭いが部屋はキレイ。 匂いが気になった。

室内に電子レンジが備え付けなのは初めてだった。

ベッドの頭側の木枠の上に、前宿泊者のはずしたカラコンが置かれてた。 枕が小さくて寝辛かった。

施設自体は良い

福岡市の中心にありとても便利なところにあります。静かで治安も良いのでおすすめです。

地下鉄駅から近く、どこへでもアクセスでき、周辺にドラッグストアや飲食店があり、立地は最高。 施設は可も無く不可も無い普通のビジホだが、従業員の接客が残念だった
