Lovely hotel

Loved the rooms here. We arrived on Easter Sunday and they had Cadbury chocolates in our room upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Our room was incredibly unique and enjoyable. Very close to train station. Restaurants around hotel were excellent, especially Gallagher's.

Really nice place, good attention to detail and great facilities

Great hotel and location

The hotel is next to the station making it convenient if you’re traveling by train. The staff at the front desk were really quite unwelcoming on arrival which left a poor impression. The rooms are well designed and had comfortable beds. The shower ran freezing which was quite unpleasant. The roof top bar was the highlight of the stay.

This is a stunning hotel with great amenities. I loved the gym and spa. The shower in my room was probably one of the best showers I've ever used. It was a easy to walk to the city; my only pain point was that there was an event downstairs on one of the nights, so it was extremely noisy.

This is a very nice hotel. Issue is it has no parking - or reduced rate with something nearby. What it DOES have is a very loud train and buss station just outside your window. Something not advertised obviously….they even place ear plugs on your nightstand.

Staff and decor was excellent. Fitness center fabulous. I was surprised that the bathroom in the bedroom didn’t have moisturizer/sewing kit or an iron. It just had the very basics. The surrounding area wasn’t very nice to walk around, especially with a small child. Despite these minor points, I wouldn’t hesitate in booking again.

Everything was great apart from eating at the rooftop bar, Sophie’s. Service was less than good and food very underwhelming. The bar and reception in the hotel were excellent. Next time we come to visit, we will ask for a room not on the train station side!

Amazing

Good location & room. Rap music very intrusive even in the swimmjng pool. Hotel improved immeasurably when we returned late on Sunday evening when it was quieter

Great hotel in general. All public areas really nice and bars too. Only issue was the room is exceptionally small. Comfortable but small. I suspect there are larger ones available.

Fantastic location friendly staff amazing hotel

This is my second stay at the Dean. Front desk staff were friendly and efficient. Room was clean, bed was comfortable and rain shower was a lovely treat.
