We always love staying here

Very comfortable

The property was average, not bad. Breakfast very basic, good for a cup of coffee or tea, no hi

Everything was perfect except for them taking away the COFFEE. Why take away coffee??? Hotels should always have coffee available every second of the day. I checked out at 10:45AM and the front desk said oh we take away the coffee after breakfast. FOR WHAT?!!!! ITS STILL THE MORNING. besides that the two night stay was perfect.

Our room looked like it hadn’t been swept for weeks - crumbs and dust all over the floor and under the bed and the shower had so much dirt in it. The whole hotel and our room had this gross maple syrup smell to it (I love the smell of syrup but this smell wasn’t right). The room itself was nice and so was the bathroom. Comfy bed. A lot of restaurants around and is located in a safe part of town.

The room was decent but you could hear a lot of noise in the room above ours. Sounded like s great deal of stumping or running.

First check in went great got my key to the first assigned room and it had not been cleaned so went back to lobby was reassigned a different room when i opened door again had not been cleaned so back to lobby and was assigned a new room this time key would not work so back to lobby where i recieved a valid key so back to room and when i opened door room was partially cleaned but zero sheets on bed so back to lobby, this time the attendant told me to wait while she personally checked for a room for me, this took 30min so 1hr and 15min from time i initially checked in, i want a refund what a dump

Location is great and other amenities as well.
