Very nice staff and I enjoyed the little pastries for breakfast. Convenient to train and nearby shops

This is at least 5 th times I stay there. It is my go to hotel in Tokyo. Staff are very attentive and professional. They attend you above and beyond. The hotel itself is always clean It is compact hotel yet every thing you need is there. Transportation is great. You can do anywhere from Kinshicho station so many great eats out and shopping there

This was my third time to stay in this hotel that pretty much sum it up my fondness of this hotel. The staff always help you above and beyond. Very courteous. The hotel is well designed and basically has everything w out requiring much labor power. The location is great. You can quickly go everywhere from kinchicho station. Small food places are reasonably priced and tasty

Great location near Kinshicho JR station. Good amount of dining and shopping options nearby. The rooms are quite spacious and clean. Western style shower with no bathtub (at least in my room) My only complaint would be the pillows made it difficult for me to sleep comfortably most nights.

The hotel was walking distance from the train Hotel is a bit hidden. The area is quiet and clean. The staff was excellent .The rooms were a bit small but we were there just to sleep. Loved the bathroom shower area

The hotel is nice and neat. Friendly staff. Though the area is not very close to the popular travel destinations, the closest subway station has direct train to almost everywhere which is very convenient. Big 24-hr supermarket close to the hotel. Multiple department stores beside the subway station with less people, very good shopping experience.

Clean and cozy with a great bathroom. Very friendly staff and welcoming breakfast area in lobby. Under 10 min walk to the train station. Would stay here again. Great value!

Third time. Staying there. The service of staff is excellent. Very convenient location. One can go anywhere from Kinshicho station. The property is very clean and well thought for traveling needs. Room is not big ( it is Tokyo after all ). The price is very reasonable. Bistro and Chineses restaurant across the street and Korean place around corner have excellent food and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend

It is compact and extremely well thought beforehand to the needs of travelers. A lot of items are placed self service. The staff is very attentive and does above and beyond. The location is very convenient to go everywhere. Very reasonable priced yet delicious eat out near by. The price of hotel itself is very reasonable. I highly recommend.

急遽当日予約で伺いました。6ヶ月の赤ちゃんとの滞在だったのでベッドガードをリクエストしておきましたが、到着時にはすでにセットされておりました。部屋は綺麗で使い勝手も良く、マットレスがairweaveだったので快適に眠ることができました。赤ちゃんも気持ちよさそうにしていました。今回はシャワーは使わなかったので次回は使ってみたいです。またこちらも今回は使わなかったのですが、フロントの方がキッズアメニティもオファーしてくれました。 朝はパンとコーヒー、紅茶などがロビー横の小さいラウンジでいただけます。 チェックアウトの時間に息子が寝てしまったのでチェックアウトの延長を1時間1000円でしました。それでもまだ起きなかったのでもう一度延長を迷っていましたが、タイムリミットをすぎていたのでフロントの方に延長30分でもまた別に1000円かかるか尋ねたところ、今回は不要ですとおっしゃっていくださりました。とても助かりますた！ ぜひまた泊まりたいなと思うホテルでした！

Pretty good overall, cute little hotel, nice rooms, very clean and comfortable. The “continental” breakfast was not so much a breakfast as 3 pieces of old tasting pastries to choose from and coffee from the coffee machine. Would recommend for a 1 night stay/business stay but not more. Pretty good price/quality ratio.

客室、共有部分も含めて全て綺麗でした。 部屋やベッド、シャワールームの匂いもまったく気になりませんでした。 部屋自体はそんなに広くはないにも関わらず、設備の配置やデザイン等のおかげか、開放的でした。（天井が高かった気がします）乾燥の季節はいつもホテルでのどをやられるのですが、 時計に気温・湿度計もついており、加湿器も設置してくれていてとても助かりました。不自由なことが一切ありませんでした。お勧めです！
