We loved our stay (3 nights) - super responsive staff, excellent location, and since our room was on the interior it was really quiet. Room was really comfortable and spacious and the king bed is appreciated - a rarity in European hotels! We would definitely stay here again.

The Location Was Beautiful everything very easy and the rooms. Very very nice and clean and they look like New.

Check in was terrible. This “hotel” is a floor in an apartment building divided into rooms. We arrived about 4:30pm and the exterior door to the building was locked. We followed someone in and then didn’t know where to go. There are no signs so looking at reviews I see it’s on the second floor. This door is also locked and no one responds to bell. I call number and message through Expedia app with no response. I checked if I missed an email, nothing. After about an hour a couple staying there came and were kind enough to provide us a number that was on the reception desk.This number was answered and I was told that check in information was provided to me by Whatsapp. I don’t normally use this app and never would have thought to check it, after accessing Whatsapp we were able to check in and reception came to the property quickly. This was just a total lack of communication. It was stressful to think we may not have had a place to stay in another country we were unfamiliar with. The room while small was clean and comfortable.

The area is very noisy and we were able to hear people talking throughout the night. The room was nice and clean with a very comfortable bed.

We only had one night here and it was exactly what we needed - a clean, safe and comfortable place to stay. For the price, it was perfect for us.

Clean accomodations, comfortable beds, well equipped with small refrigerator, kettle for hot tea / coffee. Air conditioning worked great. Family room was small but a great option for a one night stay in the center of Madrid, with easy access to metro transportation, restaurants, shoppingand historic landmarks. Very helpful, friendly staff.

Proximity to the centre of the city. Provided discounted parking rates for nearby parking area. Staff was excellent and friendly.

We had a great stay at this property. The staff was super sweet and the location is fantastic. Near everything but quiet at night. They provided water in the room and even helped us book a show. We will definitely be back !

Pleasantly surprised by the accommodations beyond the simple entry. Comfortable beds, great water pressure, centrally located. Staff was very friendly.

We are a family of 4 and stayed in a family room with bunk beds. The room was clean and efficient, and we had surprisingly quiet nights in the fun and vibrant Chueca neighborhood. Walkable to everything we wanted to do. Staff were very helpful, kind, and friendly. Would definitely stay again.

This place is a gem. The facility is very nice - we got a king size bed and a separate room with a bunk bed (family suite room). Clean, nicely-decorated, comfy bed, provided a kettle with coffee, tea, bottled water (you can ask more anytime). Location is at the center of the shopping district, restaurants, metro stations and walkable tourists sites. Though this is not a hotel. You may need to walk several meters away from the uber or taxi drop off before you reach their door and reception is on the second floor. We only stayed for one night but it was really a pleasant stay for us.

Great location close to all attraction, shopping and dinning. Not very soundproofed. Although there is a kettle there is no place to plug it in conviniently because cord is too short. Overall, very nice place, would recomend.

Easy walk to 3 different metro stations, dozens of great restaurants nearby, comfortable bed, and plenty of hot water. Great staff too!

This is not a hotel it is a building once you get inside they are on the second floor once you walk in it is fantastic clean rooms are big perfect for walking all over Madrid cleaner was brilliant lady on front desk great will stay again don’t let the hallway of the building fool you it did us but once we found it it was great will stay there again
