We really enjoy the Moxy theme places always accommodating.

Overall my experience was great from the welcome I received to my check out. Their location is also quite good for exploring parts of downtown Lisbon. It’s not fancy but exactly what I needed for one night.

Staff was amazing!!! Warm, knowledgeable about amenities in the area, accommodating, and helpful.

It would have been nice to have a fridge in the room.

The hotel had a good vibe and good services for travellers. The bar, breakfast and pool are were all great and the staff were helpful. We did find the location not as central as we had hoped although it was only a 15 min walk into town and there were some cafes and restaurants close by the hotel.

Moxy Lisbon City is a vibrant, smaller hotel by the Marriott brand, similar to an Aloft. Location is good, and opted for the breakfast as part of my stay. Offering was good and would recommend, although it does get a bit busy down there. Rooms were clean, small but did the job. Would recommend if you're trying to save a few dollars. Pool was small, and busy when I tried to go up there, so opted noit to take a dip.

Loved our stay at the Moxy! Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Enjoyed the location and it was easy to navigate to and from. Highly recommend.

It was a great hotel in a good location. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close enough to the city centre. Hotel has all you need, a pool, restaurant and late night bar. Plenty of different areas to relax both indoor and outdoors. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Would stay here again.

Good location centrally located. The room cleaning was pretty slow. They don’t clean the rooms till like 4 or 5 pm everyday. Some times I would be back before that time, so my room never cleaned. There is no coffee or tea machine in the room. Was surprise for a premium room. The rooftop hall is okay, however it is small. And there’s not that many beds. The bar at the pool is also limited no nice cocktails et cetera very basic.

Cool quirky hotel, room was nice and modern. Food and cocktails were great and the rooftop pool was a nice touch. Hotel is not too far from the airport and only 20-30 minutes walk to the old town so location was also great! Would definitely recommend and hope to return.

This was our first visit to Lisbon and we chose the Moxy Hotel as it was a familiar brand. The team were ready to greet us on arrival with a free cocktail, and we were also very lucky to be able to check into our room early. The bar is a lovely area to relax, and they also serve food which is handy if you are tired and don't want to venture out. We paid extra for the breakfast which I would recommend. Lots of lovely fresh food and drinks. There was also free water available all day which was a lovely touch. The rooftop pool was great, very clean and quiet. A special thanks to Luan who worked in the technical maintenance team. My sister lost her wedding ring in the pool area. He was so kind and calm and had to remove some of the wooden planks to retrieve the ring. He is a credit to the Moxy brand.

This is a modern hotel located about 15 minutes by car from the city center. We stayed in a room for four, which included a double bed and a sofa. The room was quite small for a family of four, but it was clean and nicely designed with a modern touch. The breakfast was excellent, offering a good variety of options. On-site parking is available, but there is an additional fee

Great spot! Everyone was so helpful and nice, they even let me check in an hour before 3pm.

I stayed in a room for 4 and was pleasantly surprised by how spacious, clean and cosy it was. The hotel isn’t close to the sightseeing areas, but it’s conveniently located near a metro station making it easy to get around. The welcome drinks were a nice touch and made me feel welcomed. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Great hotel, Good distance from different metro stops , so getting in and out of the city never felt like a big deal. The room good and bathroom was well equipped. There was always a nice feeling about the hotel and the staff are a credit to this hotel. All of them were friendly and welcoming and always happy to help. The roof terrace and pool are just a jem and the perfect place to retreat after a long day around the city. Although small it felt like a hidden retreat. Honestly this hotel is a credit to chain.
