Sent me the wrong pw, took my whole family an hour outside the premise without help under adverse weather conditions. The tablet was not working , poor connection.

Spacious place that felt like home to relax with great views of the lake and Mt Fuji

The villa was beautiful, offering an exceptional view of Mount Fuji. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, making for a perfect stay.

Overall is good but need to improve on check in process. Already done the pre-registration bug still need to key in the same information one by one for different person, snap a photo one by one, then continue by video call with customer service, very time consuming. The property itself is nice and great view direct facing the Fujisan. We enjoy the BBQ on the balcony and jacuzzi inside the villa.

This property is very good, there is item that you want and can see Fujisan from the property. I recommend this for anyone who want a good view and convenient

チェックインする際のタブレットが部屋に置いてなく、カスタマーサービスに電話をかけない限り不具合で設置されてなかったことが分からなかった。一言メモでも、メールでももらえたらよかった。カスタマーサービスの方の対応はとても良かったです。それ以外は満足でした。

All the sofas in the apartment were heavily stained. It was quite disgusting. We brought it to the attention of management and they did not respond. Would not recommend this property.

My family enjoyed our 2 days stayed in Jan 2023. Villa comes fully furnished with standard white goods and all essential appliances and homewares... location not very convenient if you don't have a car.

お世話になりました。 一見清潔感と豊かな環境下でよかったのですが、料理の際、電子レンジ内の皿や鍋に汚れが付着しており、洗って使用致しました。また、冷蔵庫内のワイン用QRコードが見つからず、お値段も問い合わせましたが、問い合わせ先でもわからなかったので購入致しませんでした。ワインボトルにQRコードの紙を掛けておくとわかりやすいと感じました。

It on the lakeside and Fuji view, very clean and comfortable house,especially the big bathroom on 2nd floor. Hope there is a big mirror an the entrance, and a bed lights at the twin beds with loft room . This is the reason minus 1 star. General speaking,all of us were very satisfactied on the house and look forward to stay again.

とても広々していて、設備も整っていてプライベート感もあり、家族みんな幸せなひと時を過ごすことができました。残念だった事は、シーリングファンから埃が落ちて来た事やソファーのシミが気になりました。

とても綺麗で、変わった感じの新しいタイプのホテルで良かったです。犬も泊まれ、ドックランもあり、寝室のプロジェクターでYouTubeも見れて、2階の大きなジャグジーでゆっくり風呂に入れて良かったです。バーベキューも卓上で鍋も出来るので、絶対また泊まりに来たいです。

Outstanding location/stay! Loved to wake up every morning with Mount Fuji with all its beauty right in front of our place. Walking every day with my dogs was amazing! The house itself is a charm. Everything was clean, brand new, comfortable. My family and I will certainly be back in the near future!
