We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Acandia (and on the wonderful Island of Rhodes). The staff were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome. The hotel is modern and a pleasure to visit. The location is great, not only for the nearby tavernas and shops, but as a base for activity. The old town, harbour, beach and bus station are all a short walk away. Our room was clean and spacious, and our bed was large and comfortable. The en-suite bathroom is good and the shower was excellent. The only issue was limited storage space. Although our balcony faced the main road, due to the many trees it felt private. It also had a handy drop-down rail for drying clothes. The pool and surrounding area are nice. Reception provides pool towels which can be changed every two days. There is a good selection for breakfast to suit many tastes and a large seating area. There was often entertainment in the evenings such as a singer, piano player or tango dancers in the hotel lobby.

The room was clean and overall comfortable. However, there were several things that could be improved. The breakfast was below expectations. The seating area was not very comfortable and located far from the food area. The selection was average, the coffee was not good, and the pastries were disappointing. The pool area constantly smelled like cooking and food because the hotel kitchen is located nearby, which affected the experience. Inside the room, the soap and toiletries were poor quality, both in scent and quantity. The bathrobes were uncomfortable and shedding fabric. The bed was not very comfortable and there was no proper blanket provided. Also, drinking water and coffee were not refilled daily — they were only provided once. Overall, the location is the hotel’s strongest advantage, but several details need improvement to make the stay more enjoyable.

A fabulous hotel, with a lovely pool, although a little cold at this time of year, but a lovely area to sit and rest or read. Breakfast was excellent, a fabulous choice and lovely and fresh. Staff were great and nothing was too much trouble.

Hotel well located near Old Town and places of interest. Marble floor in lobby and bar. Marble bathroom. Comfortable bed and siiting area. Daily breakfast buffet excellent with many choices. Excellent sélection of coffees. Personnel helpful and service with a smile. I recommence.

Our stay at Acandia Hotel in Rhodes was excellent from start to finish. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a modern, stylish design and a very welcoming atmosphere. Everything is spotless and well maintained, creating a relaxing and comfortable environment. The staff truly stand out — friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile, making us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, including delicious local specialties. Overall, Acandia Hotel delivers exceptional comfort, service, and food, and we would happily return. Special praises to Georgia the bartender who helped me to propose to my fiance and Elina the receptionist.

This hotel is in an excellent location. You are about 10 mins walk to old town, less than 5 mins to shopping and restaurants, and walkable to the beach. Hotel is clean and staff are very friendly and helpful. We highly recommended.

Front desk lady, Mika, was GREAT! Our newly renovated room however, needs work. The door needs a key, the buttons to alert cleaning crew not to clean, doesn't work, so they cleaned anyway and left our door unlocked since the doors need an actual key! Luckily nothing was stolen! The shower needs to be modified as it doesn't drain properly and all the water comes out onto the bathroom floor. we had to use multiple towels. It was not designed well at all. We informed the Team members. The construction guy hadn't wiped down their measurements etc. from the cupboards area and cleaning crew didn't see it either. The tiles weren't wiped down in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good. The elevator and hallway needs AC. Rooms were nice and modern.

Great stay. Nice rooms, good bathrooms. Helpful staff at reception. Good bar down stairs open late. Evening entertainment. Good buffet breakfasts, regularly restocked.

Hotel Acandia was perfect for my husband and myself. The hotel is modern and spacious, the room was lovely, with a large comfortable bed and pillows, a fridge, kettle and TV with the BBC news channel. The surroundings are quiet mostly, in a tree lined street and lots of restaurants and bars nearby. It is in the north of the new town, perfect for walking to the Old Town or the bus station.There is a pool, if you want to swim, although we did not use it.The breakfast is excellent, everything that you would want: good coffee, cereal, fruit, yoghurt, cooked breakfast, cheese, cakes, etc.We had no complaimts.

Convenient for old town, beaches, shopping and eating out. Good choice for breakfast to start the day and all staff always very pleasant. I’ve stayed before and will be visiting again September. Thank you Acandia x

We had a fantastic stay at Acandia Hotel during our honeymoon. We are very thankful for the entire staff who we found to be very efficient and friendly. Sabrina the manager has a fantastic handle on all aspects of the hotel and understands how a well run hotel operates. The hotel rooms were very modern and setup creatively. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning the room each day. We are also thankful that we were able to check in early as we spent a significant amount of time traveling on very little sleep. The location of the hotel was perfect. Finally, the breakfast buffet was the best complimentary one we have even experienced. The options were plentiful and everything was cooked perfectly. Easily the best breakfast buffet at a hotel we have experience throughout our travels. Breakfast was an experience we did not want to miss and was always an exciting start to the day!

The staff were very helpful and friendly. We received an upgraded room, which was large and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with wide choices. The hotel is in an excellent location. We could easily walk to most places we were interested in seeing. We would recommend it highly.

Just returned from 1 week stay at acandia Hotel, and I can only say this hotel delivered above my expectations, staff were exceptional tight knit team resulting in a very professional service executed in a very personable and friendly manner. Good breakfast and bar, excellent housekeeping service 10 out of 10 for hygiene modern and stylish design, comfy beds in Central Rhodes yet quiet, hope to return again.Thanks to all. ❤️

Everything about the hotel is fantastic. Close to the beach, nice restaurants and to the port to get boat tours. Bar service at the pool, good breakfast, big and super comfortable bed, everything spotless clean, including the common areas. Arrived early for check-in and my room was ready. Everyone from the staff is so nice, always helpfull and with a smile in their faces. Special thanks to Sabrina and Mariana.
