Bed was terrible neither myself or my husband could sleep and stay asleep. The ac was so so took a while to cool off. Smelled like mildew

We reserved this months ago and are no strangers to budget hotels. We checked in later in the evening and were sent to a first floor room right near the office. The room smelled gross -- moist, musty, moldy -- even though the a/c was running. I tried to turn on the tv adn the remote was so sticky. So I jokingly wrapped it in a bag for the ice and tried to turn on the tv but the tv didn't work. Then we noticed everything else: the mold on the door, the carpet was damp and the bedsheets were dirty and stained. The bathroom door didn't close. Overall it was the most disgusting hotel room i've ever been in (and we travel with two large dogs so we know budget hotels!). We asked to be moved to a different room and were told the hotel was sold out and there were no other rooms. So we called expedia who told us they'd help us resolve the charge and we left to a different hotel. My first time ever leaving a hotel due to cleanliness.

I stayed there before and I always felt comfortable and the room are very clean. I like the location.

Management should work on having clean looking towels and sheets. The hallways had a minor odor. The renovation in the room was nice and clean looking- very modern.

Not a good hotel for a family stay. Old, smelly, dirty. Wife very unhappy.

Wonderful stay

The bathroom lights were non functional and there was no remote for the tv in the room to be able to watch anything. With two small kids this was unacceptable so we left and went to another hotel as there were no other rooms available.

Hotel was good The rooms were not that great though. The rooms has damp smell as if the wet vacuum not dried up. Blankets and comforters were not dried up completely either

Everyone was sweet. Its a very "mom and pop" feel to the place. My only complaint is that the beds were VERY hard. My partner can sleep anywhere and was unbothered but i woke up about every hour stiff. The recliner makes a fantastic alternative to bed though

Room was clean but carpet was filthy. Smelled like dog urine and was brown from filth instead of colorful

they were very rude and disrespectful at the front desk. the owner who had never even met me before this had alot of rude and disrespectfult things to say

The property is beautiful! I love the room and it was a quiet and peaceful stay.

Place was in disrepair and wasn’t clean. Stained sheets and pillow just to name a couple things

The room a little worn needing some updating. The mattress was not very comfortable had springs sticking in my back. Just a few things need to be replaced.

We got very little sleep from occupants running down hallways and across their rooms and yelling in the hallways
