Nice helpful staff and clean hotel

Nice and convenient hotel next to airport

Rooms were great!

One night before flying home: could not be happier with the room.

Room was good size & clean. It was obvious someone had been smoking in room. Bar area at reception was badly understaffed so long wait & wine on menu not available & served in badly chipped glass. Courtyard adjacent to Dining area generally "unloved" with overgrown weeds. Hotel is about 10-15 drive from airport depending on traffic

This is a great place to stay if you're looking to be close to the airport! It was clean and our room and bathroom were huge by European standards. We plan to stay here again next time we're flying out of Paris!

We were given a room that was never cleaned. Then our silverware at dinner had old dried food still on it. The AC wouldn’t work and our room was 85F. Really an awful stay.

Size of room was great Proximity to airport was good Comfy bed. Breakfast was less than average and hotel is showing signs of being an airport hotel.

Convenient for both de Gaulle and Le Bourget airports

Personal item was stolen in the room, at 1:42 AM someone open my door.

Room was clean but there is no water bottle in room. Hair conditioner was almost empty in our room. We asked to front desk but they didn’t bring new one. Location was okey, 10 - 15 mins away from Hotel to airport. You need to book a shuttle bus by online and €5 each person

It was great but lacked flexibility with our needs

Got a room here after a horrible Disney room. Very easy to get checked in. Restaurant on premise. Rooms were immaculate. Price was very reasonable.

Food expensive and not very good.

We were there for one night before an early morning departure from the airport. Food in the restaurant was quick and very good, even though it was a limited menu. Carpet in the upstairs hallways and rooms were in need of a good cleaning, but passable. Bed was very comfortable and room was quiet. The shower, however, did not provide hot water at a consistent temperature and the shower door didn’t seal, allowing water to leak out on the floor. I got excellent service/help from one of the maintenance men who cut a lock off my suitcase that had been damaged and wouldn’t open. That was a lifesaver! All in all, no problems for a one-night stay.

Restaurant is the worst, order food from outside, DO NOT TRY TO EAT THERE, taste like hospital food, no condiments, pale, untaste, my food took 30 minutes to arrive, I rejected because it tasted bad, I order something else and after 40 minutes I cancelled and order dessert instead

The Hyatt is a great place to stay before heading back to the US from Paris. Close to the airport, nice staff, full service restaurant.

The room was really nice. And the food at the Zoom restaurant was delicious. Some of the staff can be cold towards English-speaking guests, but that's the same in most of Paris.
