The hotel was nice and clean. My family and I always stay at this hotel when we are in Florida because the location is near our family that still lives there. We are able to visit family and family is able to come and spend time with us at this location. In the past the management staff was really good. The staff is still really friendly but the new general manager is very rude she has put a different vibe @ this largo location. She is unprofessional and very rude to the customers and her staff. She seems to bully her staff to do petty things to the customers and and they get blamed for her rudeness. I love this hotel it’s clean the staff is friendly and the location is great. My family and I visit here about 3 times a year but I’m not sure if we will choose this particular location while she is still the General manager over this location.

Majority of staff were excellent and accomodating. The general manager is extremely rude.. doesnt offer solutions, just jumps to " ill just delete your current and future reservations". This happened to me because she interuppted a conversation i was having with an employee about check in. I asked her to please not interrupt and she quickly escalated to " IM A GENERAL MANAGER, IM CANCELING YOUR RESERVATION". her employees took a step back in disbelief. I salvaged my booking.. bit my tongue and said nothing more. We were booked on 5th floor, room wasnt finished. Unmade bed, no trash bags in trash cans. Dirty towels. House keeping was gonna take care of it. But she refused She made us move from 5th floor a king room that was ready, she made us vacate.. and our dirty room. We did not ask to be moved. But she forced us to move both rooms. I also winessed her use the same tone and statement to others and people on the phone. " im cancelling your booking and putting you on the list of not allowed to book". Her poor employees. They are so sweet and hard working. Could not apologize enough for her behavior. Very sad display of professionalism at that level of management.

I recently stayed at this Hilton Home2 and had a mixed experience. Taking off my shoes I noticed that my foot was wet, kind of sticky, I thought, Florida weather must have cause my feet sweating, I was to tired and did not pay attention, next morning I discovered that the carpet TV and Desk was wet nit my feet, likely due to a previous guest spilling soda. Although it wasn't a major issue, I had to improvise by placing towels and paper on the affected area, the paper appeared Brown... Coke perhalbs? A yellow orange spot on batbrooms wall... kind of disgust. Also notice room was missing some basic amenities, including pens, notepaper, and lotion. The breakfast was decent, but everything else in the room Bedding Temperature ... was satisfactory. Overall, my stay was average, and I hope the hotel will address these minor issues to improve the guest experience.

The stay was good, but at about 11:00-11:10 PM the smoke alarm was beeping, (just as i was about to get in a deep sleep scared the heck out of me). I call the front desk and they send someone up which took about 10 or 15 minutes so we listen to the beeping for that long, and it took me about an hour to get to sleep.

The breakfast choice wasn’t big enough, if you are staying more than 3 days would be boring. Overall happy with my stay and all was great
