Exactly what we wanted

Nice hotel but look out the window to rubbish- disheartening. Room next slammed door minimum of ten times between 0100 - 0400. Staff didn’t care

Room was lovely and clean, staff friendly and helpful. Only downside was the sofa bed that my son slept in was exceptionally creamy and noisy everytime he moved, but other than that no complaints. Plenty of parking and nice breakfast too

Stay was amazing with nothing to complain. Arrived late but the staff at reception was very helpful to get us checked in. The room feels new and clean. Room comes with free breakfast as standard with good selection of hold and cold options. Free parking onsite is also handy, but it could get very windy!

Great room with a solid king bed, only downside was shower needed a proper clean and quilt/pillows made the room so dusty while AC was blowing it all around. Breakfast was bangin!

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable with a lovely standard of fixtures - fridge, kettle etc along with products in the bathroom. The breakfast was really good too.

On the surface the hotel is lovely, bright and airy. The room was very nice, clean and well designed. Went for a bite to eat in the restaurant area. Had a burger and my partner had pie and chips. (Very limited choice). I am by no means a snob when it comes to food but thought over £40 was a bit steep for the dry burger and heated up pie. They had, it turned out run out of the extra sides we ordered. Asked us to choose another from the 3 sides on offer, which already came with the meal so didn’t really want to double up. Had already paid so said it was fine, can we just have a refund for the side, which was not offered as an option. Was told they would have to check if they could with the manager And so to bed! I thought I could literally sleep on a floor - and that’s unfortunately how it felt. The bed was hard to the point of having to lay the soggy pillows on the mattress to make the bed at least a little bit comfortable. There were no spare pillows so ended up using the cushions from the sofa. Breakfast was included and was nice. Good choice and nicely cooked. All in all not a bad stay - they just need to sort the beds out :-)

Very nice hotel.Friendly staff and very comfy bed.food size rooms.

Just an overnight stay, room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was great, 1 minor issue that the plates for hot breakfast were cold and would have been nicer if they were hot. But otherwise it was very good.

Rooms look nice but behind that very dirty mouldy and smells damp

Expedia overbook this hotel - reception staff not at all happy I booked two king sized rooms and landed up only having one king the other queen. Not offered any refund or credit - Why not? This is poor practice. A await a response - this will tell me if this review actually gets read.

This was a quick visit, for a family birthday

It was in a clean big area. With lits of fast food options within 5mins walk

Breakfast dining was nice and spacious with plenty of food options on offer.

Everything is good

Hotel is in a good location for travellers. Checking in was very efficient and the rooms were as described The downside was the very limited choice of food in the evening, items were not available. We waited well over 45 minutes and when the food arrived it was barely warm
