Very nice facility, clean and convenient. Very close to subway.

Good location near train station

Great location, fast and smooth check-in and check-out, clean rooms and nice staff.

Centrally located hotel. Anywhere from a 10-30 minute walk to major attractions. There is also a metro station close to the hotel. The staff are kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. Staff provided us food recommendations and helped secure a taxi for our last day. I will say that the hotel is in a busy neighborhood. It would be helpful to bring ear plugs. If you're able to, I would also suggest requesting a room that does not face the main street to help with noise. Overall great place to stay. We would stay here again!

Excellent hotel. A lot better and newer than expected

Good location, surrounding area okay, too diverse, loud and dirty area due to pet walking.

Service was great, were able to get our room early. Price was excellent for Madrid in summer. Good aircon. Toilet and shower door was a little flimsy. Room sufficient size, basic but perfectly fine. Towels were very light and not great quality. Location is convenient for walking around Madrid. The square outside at night can be a bit lively and perhaps not the most salubrious area. Overall would recommend for a cheap and cheerful accommodation for short trip to Madrid.

Excelente lugar para estar en el centro de Madrid…. Pero habrá ruido porque hay bares cerca y debéis saber que el baño (regadera y lavamanos NO es completamente privado). Por lo demás muy buena opción !

Overall,not a bad choice. Good location, room kinda small, no fridge or secure deposit.

The rooms are super small but just what we needed for a short stay.

There is a local bar next door we popped in each eve for a drink and tapas. Also a 24 hr grocery store short distance away. And Metro across street

I loved the size of the hallway

It was centrally located for sure. It was a lot smaller than I imagined and what was portrayed on the website. I wish they gave out more than one towel when checking out. For the price I paid, I expected more but I can't be mad since it was close to a lot of stuff. I wouldn't stay there again at the price I paid but I would stay there again, just less.

Excellent location . Walkable to great bars and restaurants . Cheap Ubers to other areas of the city .

The property surrounding area has a lot of homeless and refugees. Just felt unsafe. We were inside by dark, because of the area. The hotel was nice. Small room, but clean, quiet and comfortable!

Anothe pleasant stay

Location is not bad, conveniently located across from the metro and right next door to a grocery store. The rooms are small but to be expected from European city hotel although i did not expect it to be as small as it was being further out from the center. The shower gives no privacy so unless you are alone or extremely comfortable with your travel partner it maybe awkward or may have to step out. The pillows were extremely thin it really felt like we just had a rolled up blanket. Breakfast was very simple I dont feel that the price was really worth it. Expedia claimed Breakfast was included and although I made the booking for 2 the hotel claimed that Breakfast was for 1 so i had to pay for my kid. However the room was very clean and housekeeping came in every day. There is no sound proofing with rhe wondows so expect to hear city noise. Other than that was not a bad stay.
