Really great hotel. The high user rating isnt surprising. I traveled alone for annual Stroke Art Fair and it was close to Praterinsel where I could walk to daily. Also close to Lehel Ubahn station so close to Marienplatz / city center. very calm and quiet neighborhood and safe at night. The hotel itself was super clean and modern. The single room was small but perfect for one. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They gave me a map and even made me a coffee when i asked where i could get one! I will definitely stay there again when in Munich. Thank you again staff of Ünsolds Factory Hotel! You were all so friendly and welcoming!

Hotel is very clean, beautiful building, easy access, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and safe neighborhood. Near main plaza, plenty restaurants and good customer service 👍. I enjoyed my stayed here.

Great overall value for money. Close to City centre and walkable to all main attractions located in a quiet and safe neighborhood.

This was already my third stay here, nice room, modern decor, friendly staff. Breakfast is good but at just under € 20 p.P on the expensive side. Great location, quiet but close to the city center and Englisch Garten, so great park if you have a dog as we do.

It was nice. In the heart of the city w easy access to museums etc. the room was a little small. The breakfast was good.

Loved this hotel. Off the main streets, easy to walk to the old city center, quiet location. Service was amazing - great breakfast for purchase. Nice bar to have a drink or snack. The front desk staff was excellent- friendly, informative and helpful. This was a great find! Modern but the building has a wonderful history. Can’t wait to come back for Octoberfest

Great little hotel in Munich. Only improvement I would suggest is having a dedicated area at the front for cars to stop as arrival and departure with cars is cumbersome.

Nice hotel in a quiet area, which is only a 15 min walk to most sites. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean. Only reason for 4 stars is the beds/bedding.
