Solid Holiday Inn Express with everything we've come to expect from the brand. Small pool, but fun for young kids

Didn't end up staying due to a death in the family, but were still charged even the day before we were tentatively suppose to stay. No refund issued???? Supervisor was suppose to call next day & never did, but they made sure to take the $$$

Perfect location, Boston pizza within walking distance.

On-site charging for electric vehicles is clutch!

I like the property and the quietness

Overall stay was Average, a little confusion on the number of rooms booked from a Expedia. Originally booked and paid for 2 rooms and used one card. I asked and clarified about it to the staff on duty however she did not further investigated and told us we are all gonna be staying in one suite room instead, imagine 5 adults and 3 children. I did not mind but contemplated about it, afterwards another new staff on duty called me and ask if I my friend who is the occupant of the other room was already checked in. And so the story goes.. we got the two rooms that we booked and the price I paid for. If not with that other staff we would be sleeping uncomfortably in one room. Anyway, that was an additional experience. Thanks to all the friendly staff, though there was a small glitch. The kids enjoyed the pool too.
