The rooms were soo good I would go again again. My Partner and I really loved but bare in mind although they say sound proof you could hear the people next door and I’m not the quiet type either 😝

Every thing was good

I had a fantastic stay, highly recommend. 10m walk to transportation. Friendly and helpful staff. Extra thanks to Vik! 5 stars all round!

V convenient for City airport, DLR (<10 mins walk), and there’s a bus stop (474? 473 too?) pretty much outside. Had a nice little snack in the evening , seemed relatively peaceful. Needed to leave too early to have experienced breakfast. Would definitely return if flying from LCY (in fact we already are, and no qualms in doing so)

Very nice hotel, but was woken up by someone in another room having loud music playing at 02:45 in the morning. We put the shower on and the bottom of where you step into flooded quickly and spilled onto the bathroom floor. But apart from that overall the hotel was decent, close to the city airport. Breakfast was ok

Great hotel in a good location for LCA and excel. Good food and able to purchase snacks. Don't pay extra for a view of LCA over the weekend as there are very few flights

Lady in the bar area was amazing! Reception was terrible on checkin, slow due to arrival volumes but help came after a call. Check out we were ignored by one of the team. Just not friendly or warm at all.

Nicely positioned near the only airport most people don’t use, so the there is little to no airport noise or traffic. This also means that it is convenient for tube access to all parts of London. The Fox at cannought pub is fun and within walking distance for a bite and a pint. Good sized clean rooms and conveniences. Totally recommend.

Tasteful modern rooms, comfortable bed, helpful staff, good value.

Large bedroom and large very comfortable bed. Lovely wet room. No mirror on or near dressing table. Not sure whether we wanted breakfast but were advised to pay in advance as it would be more expensive next day. Why not just have one price? Could be inconvenient to get a refund if you were in a hurry the next day.

Good hotel for airport.

Very pleasant and good service

Exceptionally clean throughout building, which is a must for us. Picked location to be near Brick Lane Music Hall. Staff friendly and helpful. Evening meal and service very good too. Wish we could have stayed more than 1 night, but would visit again if we can.

Very kind staff, easy walk to London city airport, clean and comfortable room. We only got one towel, might have to ask for a second- but the linens are luxurious. London city DLR was an easy walk as well- no car needed. We walked after dark and felt safe enough between hotel and dlr line. They offer filtered water on the floor- bring your water bottle for this nice perk. I recommend this hotel! Very nice
