They charged $50 to hold for a security deposit. If hotels are going to do this, they should inform you BEFORE you book with them, not when you show up to stay.

This is the best hotel in Newport Arkansas. Breakfast buffet had more than I expected although in the first day I got down there late and they ran out of eggs. Room was clean and temperature was easy to adjust. Good experience overall and would stay there again.

The hotel is clean. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room had no shower curtain, but staff brought one quickly when we called down. The heater/ac unit in the room had an exceptionally noisy fan. Kept us up.

Very nice property in great condition. Comfortable room. A woman from town said it's the best place in town to stay.

Caleb at reception was very friendly and helpful. He made us feel welcome. The room was sparking clean.

Our 2nd time staying there. Everything went great like last time. The only complaint is the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable on the 3rd floor. It wasnt the same as the one of the 1st floor. Reception clerk was very friendly and helpful. The world need more people like him. He was working till 11 pm.
