Hotel fajny. Niestety dojazd słaby,

The hotel is new, clean, and the rooms are pleasant. For a 4-star hotel, the facilities are very sparse. Only soap is available in a container. The staff throughout the hotel seems to be working as a form of punishment, especially at breakfast. The breakfast may be varied, but it's somewhat bland. The bread isn't the freshest. There are certainly better 4-star hotels in Warsaw.

The room was spotless, with complimentary daily bottled water and breakfast. The staff was absolutely fantastic. Perfect stay, in my opinion. I stayed for 15 days.

Great staff, excellent restaurant on the premises, nice room and good amenities such as slippers, bathrobe. Overall, a pleasant surprise.

Good hotel with great service

Hard to find hotels as good as this in Warsaw for the reasonable price it was! Clean, beautiful rooms, awesome view (depending on the room booked), very professional yet friendly environment!

The breakfast option isn't cheap but it's probably one of the best I've seen. Very well done and rooms are great too

I thought your hotel was very good indeed. The only thing it lacked was an area to sit and read in comfortable chairs. I cannot think of another negative. I stayed for 10 days and was highly impressed.

Smell of smoking was present on few occasions.. not sure if the rooms share the ventilation system.

Everything was good! It was a bit away from the city center Breakfast was great, lots of options

After arriving late ( after 10PM ) no food was available , not even snacks at the bar . Ironing tables are located on the 3rd floor only Room was only cleaned once. The above points are not really helpful if using this hotel for business, traveling from overseas. Bar staff not very helpful 1 guy particular was not happy about serving us. On the positive side the rooms are clean and comfortable

It was a very pleasant stay

Booked this hotel due its convenient location for a company i was visiting and I enjoyed my stay. Thoroughly modern hotel and i stayed in a "superior' room No.201 for a few extra Zloty/Euro/pounds. Big space with 3 separate rooms and a corridor to boot.!! Excellent insulation meant that the nearly busy road was almost inaudible. The gym on the 6th floor was a surprise as it was not listed in the Hotels.com features of the hotel description. One last comment - the staff were very friendly and helpful particularly Magda on reception who was delightful. Thank you
