Plenty of parking. The rooms were clean and tidy. The only disappointment was the breakfast. There was not much choice or variety of gluten free foods (for Coeliacs), and the kitchen staff were very slow replenishing the hot food dishes. By the time the mushrooms were back, the other three gluten free items (bacon, scrambled eggs and baked beans) had gone cold. No gf bread, cereals or pastries.

The room was clean on arrival and cleaned every day of the stay. All the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very good, with lots of choices. The evening meal was well cooked, but lacked variation, with a lot of carbohydrate dishes. There was an antique shop on site, which was interesting and from which we bought several items. Overall it was a very good stay and the accommodation excellent.

Staff pleasant and helpful, room was fine but no bottled water and coffee tea etc not always replenished. Shower in bathroom could do with a non slip mat and some kind of hand/grab rail as it was slippery. Not over impressed with breakfast but it was ok. Bed very comfy as was the room. All in all we did enjoy our stay and would return as location and on site parking was a definite plus and friendly staff and atmosphere of hotel made a big difference

The hotel is spread over several buildings, a modern hotel building, and some wonderful old buildings such as the farmhouse, which is old enough to have wavey floors, but still comfortable and clean. There is a bar and restaurant on site in the same building as reception. There is a separate area in the restaurant for those travelling with dogs, separated from the 'main' restaurant by the bar area. The service in the restaurant is freindly and quick and the food was superb. There's a good selection of drinks at the bar including ipa on tap, several bottled ales and inchs cider. They have a very good local gin (among many gins) with London Essence tonic which is thankfully free of sweeteners. (Wines, lagers, and other spirits also served)

Really sorry but the executive room was far from acceptable. When I showed the receptionist the photographs of all the dirt, damage and dust she was shocked. She tried her best to remedy the situation but didn’t have any other rooms to offer. Breakfast was poor, poor quality ingredients.

Quaint hotel. Quiet location.

Very dark road, entrance a bit concealed, drove in the wrong gate first. We arrived REALLY late due to works on the M40, but bless them, the bar staff allowed us a cheeky double to put on the room. Windows opened to cool the room and there was a fan in the wardrobe, it seemed but the air con didn't work in Room 45 (we were on the ground floor) which was frustrating in this week's heatwave and the decor was quite dated, however the double bed was comfy and the room was clean and a great size. The metal bunk bed frame squeaked like mad, but were comfy too, our kids said. Delicious, large buffet of breakfast choices - Full English fry up (fried eggs on request), breads, pastries, cereals, fruit and yoghurt. Plenty of juices and hot drink choices. Staff very friendly and helpful, happy to recommend - nice and easy to get to Warwick castle the next day. Would stay again, but would prefer a room with air con.

The hotel is very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly. We will happily use the hotel again.

The family room we stayed in was just tired. Stains on the carpet, cracked tiles, just really shabby. The room was clean and the linen too. It just is very uncared for. Breakfast was ok, nothing special. Coffee was poor, from the looks of the machine it uses powdered milk rather than fresh milk. Location is good.

Such a lovely hotel, with delightful staff. Another enjoyable stay.

The ceiling was leaking liquid down the bathroom wall. The room was not set up for 2 people. There should be a shelf in the shower to hold shampoo, wash gel, etc. Could not figure out how to turn on towel warmer. Upside is the you g lady at the reception desk was very responsive.

The staff were very helpful in emails before we arrived and that welcoming assistance continued. The restaurant was comfortable. Rooms were spacious. The hotel is pet-friendly - treats in Reception!

Great staff. Clean room, great shower. Lovely food. Breakfast coffee from dispenser actually "hot", not tepid like most others!

The hotel itself was very in keeping with the area and felt very homely. The room was spotless and the staff were very weloming and the food was excellent.
