The room was very nice and clean massive shower. The staff was above and beyond. Even with youth hockey teams it was still quiet. Easy check in/check out, coffee/tea/water available 24 hours. Very clean except for clothing left behind from previous occupant. Staff dealt with it promptly. Overall, great stay.

Love this hotel

Absolutely wonderful, awe striking hotel. We stayed just one night but would like to come back again and holiday here for the feel of the room and the hotel! Shower head needs to be unclogged as the flow has slowed to a trickle but other than that it's a truly flawless hotel. Breakfast was really very good but could be expanded to include more options.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. Unfortunately from 1-3am (it was a one night stay), our neighbours (above and beside us) were super noisy. I understand people will say that it’s not the hotel’s fault, but door’s slamming, tvs being able to be heard through the walls (for example), are. I’m not sure I’d recommend or not to be honest . As for breakfast, typical selection. The 24 hour hot drinks is nice, but for tea drinkers, be prepared for the hot water to taste like coffee.
