Clean hotel rooms, strategic location, friendly hotel staff.

The staff is lacking because when there are guests checking out, the receptionist section is quiet like yesterday, excuse me, excuse me, the staff is quiet, there are only 2 people in a hotel that big.

Good location, but the noise from outside the room was so noisy! It's really annoying.

I stayed in a deluxe room. The room was clean, strategic location with a view of the lake. The breakfast was delicious and the food menu was varied. With family, it is highly recommended. I tried the food at Dedanu Resto, in my opinion it is a bit pricey. Overall the hotel is good, the staff is friendly.
