Good

We had a double room with kitchenette for the six of us (2 adults, 3 kids and a baby), and it was fantastic- tons of room, clean and great beds. The continental breakfast was one of the best I’ve had. I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel, really clean and well equipped. Rooms are comfy, bathrooms are clean, swimming pool is a great bonus. Breakfast was excellent and the ladies were super nice.

Hotel is in excellent location- close to hwy 1 and amenities. Room is large and very clean. Denny’s onsite is excellent choice for breakfast

From check-in to check-out and all points between, we enjoyed our 2-night stay! The room was very clean, nicely equipped with a kitchenette, and very quiet. The breakfast was surprising with the omelet and French toast station and we found the breakfast staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The only suggestion I'd make is that it would have been nice to have an earlier start time for the pool.

Play was 100% A1. Best place that I’ve been to between Manitoba and Calgary. Would recommend it to anyone. We were here with three kids and breakfast was unreal. All kinds of options even had a separate gluten-free stand, which I appreciated.

Pool was closed, which is a major reason for picking this hotel. I was looking forward to enjoying the pool.. Nose/vibration made it impossible to sleep. After trying to sleep for 3 to 4 hours. Called front desk to complain about strange loud vibrations/noise. Hotel staff also heard the noise and were not aware of what it was. After almost an hour we got another room. Had to pack and move onto another floor. By the time we got back into bed it was almost 5am. Had to check out after an extremely short sleep and the morning receptionist seemed like she could not care less when saying "Sorry" after I repeated it was a terrible night due to the noise/ vibration that prevented us from getting rest. Which is what a hotel is for right? Not impressed. Zero compensation.

Best hotel in the Hat! It must be very new - in impeccable condition and thoughtfully designed. Would be great for a long stay. Great location near groceries and restaurants. Can’t go wrong here

My wife broke her hip in Calgary so we needed an accessible room in Medicine Hat to break up our trip to Regina. I tried to book a room with Best Western's reservations phone line but they didn't have my correct cell number so the reservation didn't go through. I looked on line an booked a room through Expedia. On the room description it said that the room was accessible. When I got to the hotel the clerk said the room was not accessible. She booked a different room with a walk-in shower without bars to hold onto. The toilet didn't have any accessible features. We had a number of accessibility aids with us so we made do with them. We didn't take a shower. We are disappointed with Best Western's reservation system and Expedia's on-line information

Restaurant quality breakfast with all normal hotel stuff but made to order omlettes in addition. Awesome!
