Great... Clean, safe, and comfortable. Friendly service.

First, I got a room with a non-cooling AC (the unit looked old) plus there was a lot of hair on the floor and some on the bed.. I asked to move rooms to a rather rude receptionist and was asked to wait about 30 minutes until the AC was completely working.. when I moved rooms, the AC also had problems turning off by itself at first, but luckily, starting in the middle of the night, it worked well until the next day.. The rest was a bit noisy, there were people shouting in the corridor and the sound of knocking on the walls until dawn. Not to mention the upstairs room kept pulling chairs and the sound reached the downstairs room, plus the bed was small for my height of 171 cm.. But the bathroom was clean and the rooftop view was the best.. oh yeah, the technician was also polite 👍

The triple room is spacious. Clean. The rooftop is great. Recommended for a family vacation. Access to a beachside cafe👍🏻😌

The triple package option is appealing. There's one double, one single, or three singles. Great for bringing the family.

Overall, it was good, no issues. The location is strategic, and the view from the rooftop breakfast area is beautiful.

The first time I stayed here, I was very satisfied with the cleanliness and the service from the staff was very friendly and fast, almost the same as a 5-star hotel. In my opinion, the only thing lacking was a refrigerator. Next time I will stay here again ❤️👍👍

This is my go-to hotel when with friends or a business team since there are quad rooms that fit up to 4 people. The quad rooms are spacious and very clean, with two twin beds, one double bed, and a shared bathroom. Absolutely love that the hotel is within walking distance to a supermarket, Fresh Mart, so I can get snacks or extra amenities easily. The downside would probably be the internet connection signal, which is barely available, and the wifi isn't that strong either.

I loved my stay at Formosa Hotel, the people are very kind and friendly, the sea side location is wonderful, the place is clean and the food at the Roof top resto is great and with an amazing view! Will definitely come again 😍

Friendly staff, strategic location, comfortable rooms, great views. However, cleanliness around the hotel is lacking; in the morning, there's still a lot of trash piled up on the road near the beach (where a cafe/restaurant was located the night before).

The location is strategic and offers beautiful views of Manado Bay and Mt. Manado Tua. The staff is friendly and quite helpful. The breakfast menu could use a bit more variety.
