The villa is okay, with a nice view. If you stay here, bring bug spray. The restaurant breakfast service was slow, even though there weren't many people, and the staff weren't very friendly. Breakfast was quickly cleaned up at 10:00. They knew breakfast was open until 10:00, but it was too rushed.

Please don't stay here for too long. Especially if the price is so high (high season). The pool water in my room was murky, and I had to use another villa to swim. Breakfast was terrible; the only thing I could eat was instant noodles. The rest was terrible. Fried rice, with large grains of salt. Even water and coffee had to wait a long time for refills, even though the breakfast wasn't busy at all. Even if I asked for instant noodles with eggs, they came out without eggs. None of the staff I encountered were friendly, especially when I complained or wanted to ask for something. The reality is that bad for a villa that costs 2.6-2.8 million per night. At breakfast, they were immediately told, "You'll get charged, you'll get charged, you'll get charged," and the person hadn't even calculated the bill properly. When I checked out, I was told, "You'll get charged, you'll get charged, the blankets were stained." (Two villas were charged for stains on the blankets.) So I felt like I was being ripped off. I stayed with my family in a total of 5 villas (7 rooms), and all the family members had the same comments. What about the management? Guests have paid, but they're given a room with a bathroom door that won't close, a murky pool, and a terrible breakfast. They charge for a stained blanket, even though the stain is unknown. And it should be your responsibility to clean it.

Overall, everything was okay... only one thing was lacking for us who stayed more than 1 night: the breakfast menu had few variations... that's all.

Having an excellent stay here after a long journey from Dieng. Sunsetfalls gives us a refreshing experience. A very clean room, nice water for bathing, comfy bed. The best thing here is the kindness of their staff during our stay. Some aspects to improve are during our checkout we experienced some disturbance from flies (never know where they come from). Also, they have potential to improve the mini zoo. Will come back again on our next trip. Thanks.

Friendly staff.. nice view.. Just hope the breakfast menu variety can be improved.. Overall, Sunset Fall is quite satisfying, keep it up.. Next trip, Sunset Fall might be an option if you go to Copenhagen.

Staff hotel friendly, good scenery around hotel area. There is a small zoo for children to see animals. Good food in the house restaurant. And after check-out, we got some souvenirs to bring home.

The best resort in Kopeng. The resort atmosphere is homey, clean & privacy is maintained. My wife and I enjoyed it very much, even from check-in to check-out we only stayed in the room or walked around the resort. This is something we rarely do, because usually we always go out to nearby tourist destinations. Next time we are in Magelang, we will visit again.

Recommended: Stay here for 2 days, great service, delicious food, and try their ATV and photography services. The pool and hangar are functional, and you can get fruit, juice, and chips. The bathroom amenities are also complete. It's a must-visit every year!

This was my second time... wanted to stay there again because I really do miss the cool weather, good services, they really pay attention to customers and the morning ambiance. It's worth a short weekend getaway... I'm gonna go and try a third time for sure... Hopefully, they'll add a variety of breakfast menus in the future.

A truly worthwhile staycation experience here! The villa is clean, aesthetic, and has a private pool with real warm water. I'll definitely be back. The view from the front of the room is beautiful, and the car access is very easy, especially from Magelang city, as the route isn't too extreme. The staff are friendly, very helpful, and they even brought sandwiches and mineral water when I got home! Oh yeah, the breakfast was delicious! Ahh, the sunset falls are the best 😭✨
