Starting from the time of check-in, they asked rude questions, if there was already a unit for rent, what's more, the app should have minimum standards that must be met, and be ready to check in at any time, it's not good, especially for those from out of town, just COD the key I've been out of town several times. Staying in an apartment with my family, but this is the first time I've used the app, because previously I used another app, so it was a bit traumatic. Actually, if it's just for hotels, this app is good, but the service for apartments is very bad. I ordered 3 days because I already trusted this app because it must have sorted, but it turned out to be bad starting from the check-in time, the wa was rude, the key was only given a COD unit, the sink was stuck, the wi-fi was dead and said error, asked to move rooms but was not told the room door was broken, resulting in my child being locked in the room, until now my child is traumatized, my child is still 3 years old, and there is no key, we asked but there is no key, with my child already crying in fear, my husband naturally panicked and called the maid but the maid had a high tone, instead the maid threw a tantrum, there was no apology, I still have the video, instead of saying something nice, we are paying customers, not free, at least give a warning if the door is broken, error, etc., what's more, family members are staying, if they have entered the offer through the application, they should meet the application standards, I am also disappointed with the application, why did they pass an apartment like this, the result is not a family vacation but my child is traumatized, actually I don't want to badmouth or have any intention for learning, especially since my child is now afraid when closing the door, for If you have children, you'll understand how it feels when something like that happens. And why wasn't the unit checked without any warning? It's fatal for those staying alone if they lock it like that.

The unit is very clean, the AC is also cold, the admin is friendly and the deposit refund is fast, access to the pool is also not too far. Next time I will stay here again, very satisfying, thank you Sis 🩷

At the beginning of our booking we were informed that we could stay at Penelope, when we arrived it suddenly changed to Orchid on the 20th floor. When we wanted to take the elevator, we were held and asked to exchange the room key to the 25th floor. The condition of the place was dirty and dusty, the kitchen was greasy to the walls, the water gallon was empty. We were only given 1 towel, even though we rented 2 rooms for 2 people. The price was like a 4-star hotel. We rented for 2 nights and 3 days, on the 2nd night at 8 pm our door was banged on, asked to leave because they said we should have checked out in the morning, while we were supposed to check out on March 18th the next day.

This seems to be a leftover room because of a sudden order. But the suggestion for improvement is that all rooms should be prepared and maintained properly. Because the bathroom is dirty. The shower hanger and the closet faucet are about to come off. The TV is not clear at all, only a few channels. Many places are dusty. The water in the sink is not on, even the faucet is loose. There are no towels. There is not even soap/shampoo. There is also no wifi. There is also no water supply twice in this place, 2 different rooms and 22 empty gallons, also a dirty bathroom. Even though the room is left over. Hopefully in the future all rooms can be well looked after. Because the price adjusts to the moment of the date, holidays, leave, etc. Even the price is the same or higher than properties whose rooms are very well prepared.

Sorry for giving a low rating, but I have the following reasons: 1. The sofa is torn, the stove is hard to turn on, the empty water gallon has to be requested first and it takes a long time to arrive, it should have been ready before the guest arrived. 2. The service staff is not friendly and takes a long time to give the key. 3. There are no amenities such as toothbrushes, soap, towels, etc. (Hopefully this can be a motivation for the future and can be improved)

My stay at Green Pramuka Apartments were absolutely amazing. The buildings are located very strategically and near many convenience stores like Indomart and Alfamart and the Mall. Never have to travel outside to get supplies.
