The room and bed were not clean (old guest hair was still under the bed sheet, not on the bed), old furniture (the shower was broken from before, wrapped with duct tape), the TV could not be viewed at first. If I ask to change rooms, the support team will contact me to ask for someone to come over to fix it (supportive but not very effective) 1. Fix the TV because the network is slow 2. Change the new bed sheet but the hair is still the same. Originally 3. The broken showerhead was repaired but im not asking any more questions. If you wonder if the central room is cheap, but I have high requirements, for more than 700k / night I can find other options for less frustration.
