I stay here quite often because I like the spacious rooms, not noisy, and there are 2 swimming pool facilities, so I like it when I'm with the kids.

The staff and employees are very nice and friendly.

The view is really beautiful. You can see the mountains up close and the city view. There are many choices of swimming pools, they are clean and very instagrammable.

The staff handled check in/out was nice, she informed us the isotonic drink and chips were free. I think the room was tidy and clean, but the decoration was not special, it 's easy to forget, too simple. There were some white crusts in the bathroom, not enough rub. Fortunately we still get a ' little ' (between buildings) nice view to the pool and the city. Breakfast is nothing special (ordinary). Seemed like they didn't want to open the egg bar that day. They put it outside the restaurant, when I asked for an omelet, it took so long and so small as the size of my pointing finger and with nothing in it.

The hotel staff is friendly, the room is clean, the sheets are clean, the AC is still working well.

Have stayed here 3 times. Although the price is around 400, the room facilities are so-so. The plus points are the swimming pool and the view. When I ordered food, many of the restaurant menus were empty. Sadly, the cleanliness of the room is not so good, the sugar cup was not prepared when checking in, the bathroom was full of ants and stuffy, the soap dispenser was out. Even so, the hot water came out smoothly and the AC was cold. Hopefully the service and facilities will be improved.

Cool, very nice view, clean room, big and clean swimming pool, lots of photo spots, suggestion wifi in the room is provided, atv ride and outbound games are provided so it is more crowded because the area is large, the restaurant is only open during the day. Thank you. Gb all

Everything is okay, unfortunately the hot water doesn't work. The AC isn't cold enough.

Hotel bagus, sejuk, kolam renang banyak. Cocok buat santai-santai.

Spacious rooms with beautiful views, nice swimming pool with mountain views. Public facilities need more maintenance so they are clean and well maintained. Check-in room is not 100% ready, service needs to be improved. Booking directly or via the application still requires checking and being ready for the guests who will come. Thank You.

The rooms and toilets are clean, the pool is also clean. Kids love it. The view is good. Got one with 3 beds. Super comfortable. Only in the app there is no option to get breakfast. When I asked directly, the restaurant was still closed in the morning. So buy breakfast at Watung near the market. While shopping for fruit. There's durian too. So the location of this hotel is quite strategic. Next I want to come here again with my extended family.

View nya bagus, langsung menghadap gunung. Tempatnya nyaman dan tenang

Hotelnya sangat bagus, luas, nyaman, kolamnya bagus dan banyak spot-spot foto.

Harga di luar ekspetasi. Bener bener bagus tempatnya. Cuma sayang kalau sewa perorangan kantin atau cafe tidak buka karena sepi jadi kalau mau makan harus keluar lingkungan hotel. Dari segi harga murah tapi pelayanan mantap karyawan selalu tersenyum dengan tamu.
