Clean, clear TV with lots of channels, cold AC, recommended, and the price is affordable.

it was an economics one, recommended to stay in cheap way and got a proper room. SPECIAL NOTES : ✅the main street around and in front of the hotel was being repaired when we stayed there. kind of uncomfortable situation to get there. ✅NO restaurant inside ✅also NONE convenient store around, so only can get food and drinks by online order. 💝location is only 3-4 km away from nearest entrance gate of Taman Impian Jaya Ancol. 💝nearby access of Toll Pelabuhan 💝just walking way to Kampung Bandan Station of Commuter Line Train 💝nearby WTC Mangga Dua, Mangga Dua Square, and ITC Mangga Dua

The staff is friendly and very helpful, it's just a shame that I stayed there when there was road repair so access was a bit difficult. Other than that everything is good, the room is okay, the AC is cold.

Friendly staff, smart TV with many choices, AC on, hot water on, towels and hotel slippers are not available.

Road access is very complicated, maybe there are road repairs going on

Can't check in early, towels aren't clean enough, room isn't clean enough.

All in all good. Just a suggestion if possible the towel can be replaced because the color is already brown 🙏🙏

In terms of service, the receptionist staff is quite good, the security is also good and always on standby.. check-in time is also not complicated.. in fact I was allowed to check-in early.. amenities are also sufficient (mineral water, electric kettle, soap, toothpaste, toothbrush, towel, water heater, AC).. the only minus is the towel, it must be replaced with a new one.. because the color is already grayish.. overall, okay..

The hotel does not have a cafe/restaurant, it is difficult to get food because the distance to the culinary center is quite far.

Alhamdulillah the hotel is clean, comfortable, safe and easy to access anywhere, close to Ancol, old town, big malls, train station, bus stop and toll road

The staff were friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out, but when there was a problem in the room, when I asked for something, I was told to wait a while but for hours no one came, that's all. The rest was okay.

After 4th before the pandemic I stayed at smarthomm and stayed again in January 2025 with the same family room. For three people it is quite spacious, the room and toilet cleaning service is very good. Towels and sheets are changed and the available amenities are sufficient. Friendly sandy staff. Overall for a family trip recommended. Close to Ancol, to the city center is also safe.

not bad... the staff is friendly, willing to help find a rental car.. asked questions and they are welcome.. the location is near Ancol, you can walk too.. it's just that the location is close to the underpass of the flyover bridge, there are many GEPENGs which makes us uncomfortable..
