Clean room, friendly service, cool room design

The room was very very dark, the towels were very inadequate, like rags for a hotel at that price, they should be better, very disappointing!!

The hotel staff was very helpful, the rooms were aesthetically pleasing. The location was good. The towels were fragrant but dull, in need of rejuvenation. The mattress was also very uncomfortable, with the springs coming out. Facilities and cleanliness needed to be improved.

The staff is very friendly, the room atmosphere is also nice, the TV is already a smart TV.

The location is near with the venue. industrial art deco concept and unfortunately quite small ya. Need to deposit 100K.

The first room was leaking water from the upper floor. Finally moved rooms but got a clogged bathroom and the clogged marks from the previous occupants were still there. Very dirty. The theme is unfinished industrial, it used to be good when I came here in 2023. But now because of the vibes like that, it's not maintained

We booked for 4 days, 3 nights. The location is nice but the room is terrible. Saying that they are fully booked, we were placed in a room with foul odor in a bathroom. The air escapes from the bathroom made us unable to sleep that we decided to move to another hotel. Tha management should pay attention to the sewer maintenance and also since guests are looking for good night sleep, to make sure their mattress is a good quality one. Not recommended..

the location is good. the design is good. minimalist, modern, simple. got a balcony. the bathroom is also comfortable. but 2 things are the most disturbing. the cleanliness of the room and the noise when sleeping. on the floor of the room there is a lot of sand/dust. the sheets are also grayish white. even the blanket has a small hole. the bathroom has a large hole for ventilation. but that makes the noise of the street enter the room. the windows are also very large. with iron frame material, so the outside sound is very noisy. the room door is also a sliding door that has no soundproof mechanism. automatically the sound of the highway comes in. these sounds really interfere with the quality of sleep. the purpose of staying is to rest. but in the end can't rest 100%. the sound of the exhaust and the highway really comes in and is surprising when sleeping. 1000% must be fixed

Kamar & bathroom nya bersih dan wangi, space nya agak kecil bagi saya yg solo traveler. sayangnya tdk soundproof suara kendaraan dari luar terdengar sekali, suara room to room sangat terdengar. fast respond staff ( makasih ya mas yg jaga malam pada tgl 17 May jam 2:22 dini hari ).

The location is quite strategic and the exterior of the building looks okay. However, the interior feels a bit dark—maybe it was intentionally made for aesthetics, but it actually feels a bit creepy. The cleanliness could also be improved, as I found a dusty mattress upon check-in.

The hotel is not far from the city center.. the hotel is comfortable.. the hotel is nice.. the AC is cold + the water is warm👍🏻

The room is cute, the room is clean Only the towels are a bit smelly, well, that's how laundry smells haha It's also strange, the hotel rate is around 300, the room key is not the tapdoor one..but a regular room key. The receptionist is friendly, the smoking area on the 1st floor is cute, the place is quiet..although you can still hear the sound of vehicles from outside..but overall okay
