The homestay staff forgot to fill the water tank, so when we were getting ready for Bromo at 2 a.m. because our jeep had a 3 a.m. appointment, my son didn't have time to shower because he ran out of water and had to hold his bowel movements. The other guests also had to wait for water.

The service is quite good, but the cleanliness is still lacking because in the bathroom there is still some trash from other guests that has not been cleaned.

Family room supposed to be for 4 adults but the sofa bed provided as it is, not covered by linen, no blanket (if we don't ask). The towel only 3 pieces. The door which is accessible to the balcony can't be locked.

The room was quite clean for a homestay standard. We stay in family room, with a large balcony and superb mountain view. The staff quite helpful.

There wasn't one pillow case, there weren't any towels or a mat :( But the room was comfortable and the location was very good 👍🏼.

Di sini tempatnya nyaman, bersih, airnya kenceng, air panas lancar, kamar wangi, pemandangan balkonnya juara, karyawannya baik banget sampe dibangunin karena tau kita balik dari Bromo belum makan. Deket Bromo banget, deket tempat tempat makan dan ngopi bagus dan enak. Besok kalo ke sini bakal ke sini lagi. By the way siap-siap ya kalo sore kabut turun tebel dan dingin banget di sana.

Tempatnya nyaman, bersih, luas, ada air panas, dekat dengan penanjakan bromo.

Sebenernya dari mulai kunci kamar sulit saya masih gpp, sabun sudah habis saya juga gpp. Yang membuat masalah adalah ketika barang saya ketinggalan, saya minta tolong diantarkan ke arah pom sukapura, saya tanya yang antar kok lama karena saya takut orangnya bohong (dilama2in supaya bayarnya mahal). Ternyata benar saya disuruh bayar 40.000 karena yang ngantar barang saya ojek daerah sana. Dan yang membuat kecewa ada kata2 dari penjaga fredelia homestay “ Lah makannya di cek dulu mbak kalau mau check out “. Ini tidak sopan menurut saya. Langsung amat sangat kecewa dengan tidak sopannya.

Not satisfied with the service is not good.
