I booked a studio room, and it had a mini kitchen, but unfortunately, the stove didn't have a gas canister, and there were no plates or other utensils. That's strange.

The hotel is strategically located right at the Serpong toll exit, and there are several minimarkets and cafes in the hotel area. Parking is also available on the basement floor, and there is direct elevator access from the parking lot to the room floor without having to go through the lobby. The room was quite clean, although there were several spots in the room covered with brown tape, and the floor in one spot was sticky, as if it hadn't been cleaned. The room was quite spacious and comfortable, but because the hotel is located next to the train tracks, the sound of trains was very audible in the room; even though my room was on the 18th floor, the sound of trains was still audible, and because the train tracks are part of the Commuter Line route, the intensity of trains is quite high, meaning the sound of trains will be heard very often. The hotel staff was friendly, but during my stay, I lost a new pack of cigarettes after housekeeping cleaned the room.

This time stayed with breakfast. The food was standard, but which much cheaper and better deals than most other hotels. So you get standard with cheaper price value

It's really good for the price of 450, especially if there is an additional discount voucher, the room is nice and spacious, the staff is super helpful and friendly, I haven't tried the breakfast, the location is also good, only because it is near the train tracks so I often hear the train passing by, as for the duvet, it's not that white though.

the bathroom is not clean and the condition is not good the cabinet above the sink for the water heater cover is broken, dangerous. the morning shift receptionist is not very friendly.
