The service was excellent and fast. I forgot my watch and only realized it the next day, and it was safely stored by the hotel staff. I was already hopeless because I wasn't sure where I'd left it. Thank you so much.

The room was dirty. This was the first time I'd been in a hotel room that dirty and unprepared. The curtains were torn, and the room was damp and stuffy.

Overall, it's good, but this court isn't very soundproof and is next to the commuter train tracks. You'll hear the trains passing by until 11 p.m. I stayed on the 19th floor, and it was still quite loud. But overall, it's very good.

The AC wasn't cold enough. Even after waiting for hours, it was still hot. The elevator access card had issues. I finally had to replace it before it worked.
