We had a short family trip in here and felt very comfortable to stayed in. The cleanliness, bed is comfortable, hot water is great, and the location surrounded by many good restaurants 👍🏻👍🏻 Ps : need to change the coffee provided inside the room. Smells and taste weird

I stayed on July 5th, at 11pm I was knocked on, and tried to open my room with the employee's access card, as soon as we went out, the officer said we were checking out according to him, while the rules clearly stated that we were checking out at 12 noon on the 6th, in my opinion it was very annoying, as soon as 12 noon I queued to hand over the room key, the guest in front of me was asked how the experience of staying was, when it was my turn to hand over the key, no one said anything, thank you.

Actually, it was a lot of fun staying here. Family friendly, friendly staff, comfortable rooms. And close to everywhere. But unfortunately in one of our rooms (booked 2 rooms) the toilet was leaking. Although on the first day they immediately helped to clean it, it still made me uncomfortable because the toilet was still wet and smelled bad. Hopefully it can be fixed soon in the future.

Nice Place for kids holiday, near many cafe and restaurants. The room and the view from the room is very nice. However, The food on the breakfast need improvement

Overall it's very good. In terms of hotel facilities, the room is comfortable and clean. It's just that the room service is very slow. We had the chance to borrow cutlery, plates and spoons, and it took a long time until we finished eating. Then we asked to borrow an iron from 10:30 until we checked out at 12:00, but it didn't come even though we called twice. The facilities are okay and the staff are nice and friendly. It's just that the room service needs to be improved.

The parking lot is narrow so it takes a long time to get down to the lobby. The room is standard but not soundproof, I woke up at 3 am because the room next door was noisy. The breakfast was disappointing, there were few types of food. Came for breakfast at 7 but many were already empty. The taste is standard 6/10.

Excellent staff at reception, restaurant, room cleaning, and laundry service. Very clean room with spotless bed-sheets. The restaurant a-la-carte offers delicious food, while the breakfast is so-so, the sliced fruit is too old. Nice pool but a bit dirty. Very poor Wi-Fi, I had to hotspot.

The taste of food, especially for side dishes, I think it should be improved, not only the taste but also the variety. I have experience staying at Courtyard in Bandung and Santika Hotel in Garut, it's the same 4-star hotel, same price. But, the food quality is much better than Swiss-Bellinn Hotel Bogor. The facility is actually already good, but unfortunately, I found a broken bathroom door handle and also the television is not equipped with Netflix. The price is already more than 1 million, I think it's better to be equipped with better facilities, at least for food taste and Netflix on TV.

the minus of the bathroom, the shower is broken and wastes water and the water stagnates, it's useless to use a mat if the mat is wet. should have used a hand shower, it's more water efficient and doesn't splash everywhere...

All hotel staff and managers are very friendly and responsive in serving the needs of hotel guests. The hotel is very comfortable, since I first stayed at this hotel in 2021, and always come back to stay at this hotel. The hotel's location is convenient, near the Bogor toll exit, not congested, on the same road as the hospital, near the city center, in the hotel environment and near the hotel there are many choices of restaurants. The hotel's location is close to the villa duta mosque and the grand mosque of Bogor if you want to pray Friday prayers.

The superior room is very cozy & worth it. I had a restful day full of comforts.

The staff is very friendly and helpful, when we were swimming they immediately offered us towels. Then when we were having breakfast, because we were in a group, we immediately looked for seats together.

The hotel location is very strategic, kids friendly, there is a children's playground and kids pool. Stayed here twice and always satisfied. Thank you Swissbelln Bogor

the hotel staff is very friendly in helping check in and check out the location is close to everywhere and there are many cafes around the hotel the hotel atmosphere is comfortable breakfast is so good and yummy the swimming pool is nice and spacious..there is one for children and adults next can staycation here again thanks Swiss belinn Bogor

The view from the room is very beautiful, the facilities are okay, I happened to be on the 11th floor right next to the gym, the location of the hotel is very strategic, close to places to eat and cafes.

The location was very strategic, surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. The hotel is not kid-friendly because they wanted to charge me due to my child vomiting.
