It's actually good, but the staff isn't on standby at the reception desk, and you don't get a toothbrush.

The hotel location is a bit hidden but the road access is passable by car. The hotel is under renovation but the rooms are clean and quite comfortable. The hotel staff are friendly and actively helping. It's just that when it rains heavily the road access in front of the hotel is flooded.

Arriving at the hotel, CI helped us with 3 rooms and helpful hotel staff, entered the room and was given a key and towel. The electricity in one of the rooms went out but the staff and technicians were very agile and provided solutions. We were moved to another room. Although it was being renovated, the hotel room was clean, the AC was cool, the wifi was fast and there was liquid soap. Our input, hopefully the car park will be wider next time and hopefully it won't flood when it rains.

receptionist only until 8 pm, just take the key at the receptionist desk. the room is nice, modern. the elevator doesn't work at 8 pm so you have to take the stairs to the 3rd floor. the soundproofing is lacking so it's very noisy because next to it there is a building that is still under construction

the most comfortable place and always go to this hotel never move

Got it for 210 thousand, the best room, cold AC, normal water heater, clean and fragrant towels, unfortunately the car parking is limited and the water feels a bit different, oh yeah, if possible provide a trash can per room :) the rest is already the best

The first time I entered, I felt strange, as soon as I arrived, the room was very dirty, there were leftover dirty tissues that were not thrown away, the rest of the dragon fruit food that was not cleaned at all..

Overall very good. Nice room, new design, smooth water. It's just a shame the water is salty, including the one in the swimming pool. My suggestion is not to add salt to the water.

Hotel staff only clean when requested, some corners of the room looked dirty when first checked in, the shower was rusty, around the sink was dirty.

The water is salty, towels are not replaced if you don't ask, trash is not thrown away if you don't ask. During my 4-night stay, the room was not cleaned, only the room size is quite spacious but for other facilities it should be better. There is only one staff and they only guard downstairs like security. Toilet paper is not provided, electronics such as air conditioning, TV, and refrigerator function properly.

The room is very spacious, close access to everywhere, but in the morning there is noise from outside & upstairs, overall the room is very comfortable.

The room is spacious, clean, the staff is friendly even though it's not 24 hours a day, initially there was a problem with the water hole being clogged so when I showered the water was stagnant but the staff was helpful and it was fixed straight away, the location is on a narrow road but strategically close to everywhere and there is a common area for small meals small, def a good place to say, really worth it

Oke menginap di sini, hanya saat saya datang aksesnya banjir dan lumayan tinggi banjirnya. Jadi menyulitkan kita para customer. Dan parkirannya sempit hanya bisa 3-4 mobil saja. Tapi harganya oke dengan kamar yang cukup besar dan bisa keluarga.

Oke menginap di sini, hanya saat saya datang aksesnya banjir dan lumayan tinggi banjirnya. Jadi menyulitkan kita para customer. Dan parkirannya sempit hanya bisa 3-4 mobil saja. Tapi harganya oke 200rb dengan kamar yang cukup besar. Terima kasih
