There are not many staff so the service is limited and slow. The receptionist is too inside, he should be outside so it's faster if there are guests. The rooms etc are quite okay

The hotel is located right on the beach. Bara Beach is not too crowded, comfortable for swimming. The hotel is a villa concept that is quite far away, so privacy is maintained. There is a restaurant with a last order at 8 pm. The downside is that the room door cannot be locked. And it is necessary to add a place/shower to rinse off after the beach

I love the room! my room was kasuso, I could see beach in my room and it's pretty cool. I love the Idea of the bathroom hahhhaaha. it's cool, I had mixed experiences here. But, it's so sad bcs it feels like private bungalow, there's no one around😭😭 and sadly couldn't diving there. the staff actually was good but, I felt uncomfortable with the staff's attitude. I mean I asked some things and they just answered me confusingly.

The location is very good, and it seems that it used to be a dive camp. The huts are simple but adapted to Western needs and quite cozy. A clothesline of some sort would be nice, as well as perhaps another shelf. We ate at the accommodation. The food is good and reasonably priced, and they cater to the guests ' requests. However, you should be prepared to wait a long time. On the day of departure, we wanted to have breakfast early, so we mentioned the time and our request the evening before, but none of this was passed on to the morning team, and we had to wait a long time. We would definitely recommend the accommodation.

The hotel staff is friendly, but it's a shame that the process of ordering food and drink takes a long time to make.

Comfortable bungalow, not too crowded. The rooms and facilities function well (there is AC).

The room doesn't have a sea view right away, but thanks god the room has air conditioning so it's quite comfortable, the rooftop restaurant is also really good for seeing the sunrise and enjoying the sunset atmosphere, the service is okay but I'm still clueless about using paylater, many times asking for proof of payment 🤦🏽‍ breakfast rather minus and minimal amenities. But overall quite comfortable ✌🏼.

The running water is small, the hot water facilities are not working, the sink faucet is broken.

I like the inn but unfortunately the roof leaked so I moved rooms, even though they said the rooms were more expensive, but in my opinion the view was not as good as the previous room.

The employees are friendly & the environment is clean.

Underrated. So cool, why is the rating so low? Even though the place is cozy, comfortable, it's really like having a private beach, actually I didn't expect much from this place but when I came, wow, it exceeded expectations, the room was comfortable, I love the bathroom it reminds me of Bali. The staff very friendly and helpful, if you want to see the turtle or snorkeling you could go there with the boat in front of the cottage (rent boat). The drawback is that the sink hose in the bathroom leaks so the water flows onto the floor, and the location of the hotel is at the end but overall I still love it, and sure I'll come back later.

The location is very close to the beach, perfect for family vacations. the beach is like a private property, only villa residents are on the beach location. The water is more smooth and the availability of WiFi, everything else is okay.
