On the photos the hotel with its swimming pool looked good to me but the pool was half empty and closed moreover I found my room not very clean especially the bathroom.

Nothing like the pictures when we booked. Very shabby accommodation. One indoor very crowded pool and No facilities on site, you have to go int Saumur which is a lovely city. You have to pay extra for bedding . Beds uncomfortable and furniture all very old. Definitely not worth the money.

Far from town and remote. You have to walk your baggage from about a quarter of a mile from the parking lot to your apartment, because they don’t allow driving near the apartments, even though they have a good road. Maybe they do this to ensure the security of children playing around, but it is very inconvenient. We arrived late from dinner (wasn’t easy to find a restaurant in the small town on a Monday), and had to walk the quarter of a mile in the dark (no street lights), under the rain, with two exhausted kids. That was no fun.

What is omitted on the site is that you have to spend your final day cleaning everything except the windows before you leave or you loose your deposit. Then there is the tax to pay for your stay. There is no air condition, and they do not supply fans. No toiletries or cleaning products, so remember to take everything with you, or buy it from the supermarkets. The BBQ is a communal one, which you need to supply your own coals. No insect netting on the windows. If you want a separate bedroom, ensure you book a room for 4 people or you will end up with a smal studio. Not really suitable if your old and not able to mobilise well. Bathroom towels are thin. Not really fit for purpose. Take your own beach towels. Your seating area is very small, and not private. Seems nice for the children. There are a number of wineries in the area, and the town centre, which is worth a number of visits is only 15 minutes by car. There are a number of supermarkets close by. Take your own bags. Would only stay here again if it is not the height of the season when it is too warm. But then there are so many other places to visit in France

This facility is sub-standard, run down and in need of an extensive refurbishment. The room was very basic for what we paid and the walls were stained. Free parking was advertised but, depending on which room you are allocated, you can be required to walk hundreds of metres with your luggage on a cart because, with the strange exception of Saturday night (and it was made clear we were receiving a "special" privilege), guests are not allowed to park next to their chalet. Having been told we had the privilege of parking our car within the facility when we checked in on Saturday, we then received a phone call telling us that we had to move our car because it was not permitted.

I was surprised when I arrive. It is located in a golf course. Great setting, beautiful landscape, great room.

Très bon accueil. Logement très agréable... Le seul hic c'est que j'ai choisi ce logement sur le site, avec le critère "Piscine"mais elle est fermée l'hiver.. Donc Hôtel.com doit absolument actualiser ce genre d'informations... Car très grosse déception pour notre famille...

De passage à Saumur, nous avons réservé deux bungalow. Endroit sympa à proximité du golf de Saumur. Ce n'est pas un hotel donc on peut y faire sa cuisine. Les draps...sont en location et cela n'est pas spécialement écrit dans l'annonce. L'accueil est super et la dame qui nous a reçus était particulièrement sympathique.

Vous pourriez éviter de référencer comme hôtel un herbergement de vacances (limite camping) cela évitera bien des déconvenues, par ailleurs est-ce vraiment légal de parler d’hôtel ?!

À côté du golf. Excellent accueil ! Dame très agréable. Petites maisons très sympa. Terrasses avec table de jardin, chaises et parasol. Très calme. Les canapés deviennent des lits. Confortable. Lave-vaisselle dans la kitchenette. Piscine très bien au centre de la résidence sécurisée sans voiture. Possibilité de poser les vélos sur la petite terrasse. Seul bémol, les lits ne sont pas faits et tout est en option (draps, serviettes, produits ménagers...). Pensez à amener les vôtres.

Très beau site. Piscine tb Réception très professionnelle Quand on réserve sur hôtel.com et qu on prend un logement haut de gamme pour une nuit, on ne s attend pas à devoir faire le ménage au départ! De plus même pas un kit de nettoyage. Le sujet est à revoir

The staff were nice! But we had to pay 20 euros for sheets and towels as they were not included with the room. This was not stated until after the booking was made. Also the beds were basically just sofas, not very comfortable. Cheap just for a night to sleep but I would not stay there for more than a night.

T2 agréable pour 4 personnes, les enfants dans le salon et les adultes en mezzanine dans une grande chambre fermée. Tout le confort pour ces logements, pour quelques jours à petits prix.

très bon séjour,même si court, nous reviendrons avec plaisir bon accueil ,bel environnement au calme logement très propre , bien équipé nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Séjour sympathique sur ce lieu. Bonne localisation avec beaucoup d'activités à moins de 30min de voiture.

On a beaucoup apprécié notre sejour pour sa situation géographique, le calme du domaine et le fait que tout soit piéton. Ideal avec enfants. Le bémol est le manque de propreté des vestiaires de la piscine

Alles was goed volgens de verwachtingen, vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie : alleen in dat zwembad ( piscine) zouden zij beter een grote uurwerk aan de muur hangen en verder de zwembad zelf wat warmer of lauw maken, daarnaast de temperatuur van de douche voor het zwembad lauw zetten in plaats van extreme warmer temperatuur. Het was ook geen gratis WiFi, alleen betalende WiFi, dit zou eigenlijk gratis mogen zijn voor de klanten.

Accueil sympathique, cadre très agréable.
