I had a very nice room with all the necessary amenities. We liked the service and the rooftop view. It is a good place to stay.

The space for our family of three is ample and we loved the washer dryer and kitchen. There are too many pieces of furniture in the lounge for the sofa bed to be left out. We had to do some heavy rearranging to make most of the tight space. The surprise element was during our week long stay the room wasn't cleaned. I support this practice for a shorter stay but to pay $50 cleaning request in the middle of our stay seems excessive. Staffs are helpful at the desk and I love the cupboard of requirements. I would stay there again but I have to mark down the cleanliness score because of the lack of house keeping.

We were in a 2-bedroom room and it was perfect for us (2 adults and 4 kids aged 7-10)!

The quiet and walkable areas

Great place to stay in lower Manhattan! Very clean. Washer and dryer worked great—appreciated that Tide pods were provided. Rooftop terrace looks fun for next time when not raining. Loved the remote key on phone but it did not work consistently.

Great location

I had an excellent stay! The property was clean, well-maintained, and had great facilities. The area felt safe and was super convenient, especially with easy access to public transportation. The 1 train and 4/5 train were both nearby, making it really easy to get around the city. Perfect spot for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-connected place to stay.

Loved it, my go to in New York everytime

Nice accommodations overall. However there was a terrible paint off gassing smell that left me with a headache and congestion when I woke up. Knowing what we know about paint off gassing and toxicity this room needed to have been aired out before it was rented. I don’t think it would be safe to stay there for multiple nights.

Room was airy and clean, with all appliances as exoected. Staff was friendly and approachable. Only letdowns were the room being on thr eastern side by the tunnel so was quite noisy, and the room heater was deafening loud.
