never stay here (business room) for solo girl traveler! the bed is soooo smelly, smells soooo bad, smells like smoke, i guess the spring bed never been changed

We will give an honest review, overall okay, the staff is very friendly, hotel access or location is okay, but for the room is not good. The room really needs maintenance, the corners of the room are black, it looks unclean. There are ants under the telephone table even though we were not eating in the room at all. So the conclusion is, the room was not cleaned properly before. The telephone cannot be used. There are many marks on the mattress, sofa, blanket, or pillows that are shabby. That's still from the bedroom side. The bathroom is more confusing, there is no container to collect water but why are there larvae on the floor, after flushing, there are more and more. The bathroom lock is also a bit difficult and again the corner of the toilet is black and the ceramic toilet walls have never been cleaned so it looks dirty. After that, check the shower wc, you're dirty min. What if I were me? Please improve it, because for facilities like that, the price is expensive. Tq

The service from the staff is very professional and friendly. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilet seat, the sheets smell musty and look dirty or even not washed, there are lipstick stains on the sheets that are the same as the lipstick stains on the walls of the room and the tissue holder is black because it is dirty and not cleaned as well as the table is dusty. If it is repaired it will definitely make the residents comfortable. Please improve the cleanliness. Because many residents give the same review, please pay attention.

Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the toilet seat because it is still dirty and makes the inside ticklish. Also, please clean the tissue holder because it is black and dusty, especially the blanket that has lipstick marks etc. on the wall too. The parking attendant was very friendly, thank you. The receptionist was less friendly, never smiled. No greetings were given when entering or leaving the hotel. The room smelled musty.

The room had no windows, and the bathroom smelled. The pillows and blankets smelled musty, even though I'd requested a change of linens from the staff. Housekeeping wasn't on standby 24/7.

Here are my complaints during my stay: 1. The cleanliness of the bed was far from hotel standards. It looked neat and tidy upon arrival, but after putting down my bag and sitting on the bed, there was a lot of dust on the bedcover. 2. The pillowcases and bolsters, I'm very sorry, smelled really bad. They weren't replaced, just straightened. 3. The sheets were also the same, they weren't changed; they were clearly dirty. 4. If there's a TV and AC, please double-check the remote to see if it's working. 5. The receptionist should be more accommodating when ordering online. I ordered breakfast, but they initially said there was no breakfast. Please double-check. And if you're given an explanation during check-in, please explain it slowly; don't rush. 6. If drinking water is provided, please include it in the room booking details and don't put it in the room right away. It's common for people to be given free water, but then upon check-out, they ask, "Is drinking water provided in the room?" This is like a trap where people are asked to pay after they've just started drinking. It's not about the price, but about how to provide good customer service.

The hotel has a strategic location, 15 minutes walking range could get you to a lot of dining options. room size were ridiculously spacious for the price range, while the bathroom was also quite large, although the positioning of the closet and the wash basin could be better placed
