No ski in or out No drinks in room not a 4star

Duplex room was nice, lounge and small bathroom with shower on lower level, large rooms upstairs with more beds and full bath. Upper room had wall dividing two spaces but no door. No AC but skylights provided good air. No in room coffee or tea

We paid for a balcony room and werent given this. our neighbors were noisy teenagers who played music and partied until 4 am (when you are on a ski trip you want to rest for the next day) but this was impossible. I called the reception multiple times but they did not help me warning our neighbors about the noise because they were very “busy”. It was very annoying and frustrating.

Breakfast really simple and not good quality on the food. Cold and not reposition when trays were empty. Spa old and dusty. Personal really rude an umpolite.

Estupendo establecimiento, buenos estándares, limpio, moderno, muy conveniente para nuestras necesidades. Lo tendremos en cuenta en próximas ocasiones.

Hotellet ligger i virkelig flotte omgivelser oppe i bjernene. Personalet var søde og rare. Dog fandt vi det lidt dyrt at skulle betale 28€ pr person til spa’en som var pændt slidt og halv kedeligt. Til den pris kunne man godt have stillet lidt frugt og gratis isvand klar til folk som besøgte det. Spa’en bar præg af stor slidtage. Morgenmaden var rigtig god. Fint sted til et pitstop på en lang kørselstur igennem bjergene.

La habitación está muy básica para el precio El personal de recepción mal, tardaron años en hacer el check in. El personal de mantenimiento bien y el restaurante bien

Muy bien ubicado para ir a esquiar, desayuno muy bueno. Precio / calidad regular hubiera esperado más, sin embargo entiendo que es costoso debido a la temporada.

Lo que más me gustó es el detalle que tuvieron con nosotros de cortesía de regalarnos la estancia del parking mientras que estuvimos alojados tras un gran incidente de robarnos en Francia toda la documentación y el dinero.

El desayuno horrible no funcionaban las cafeteras y el servicio mal

Pas de clim dans la chambre. Nuit plutôt chaude. SPA payant et piscine extérieure pas accessible facilement. Sinon bon repas du soir malgré prix élevé. Très bon petit déjeuner complet.
