Comfortable, clean, fragrant and next time will stay again.

This is my fourth time here and I booked the Royal Suite. It's so peaceful, relaxing, and I can check in early if the room is ready. I really like the service, so I don't have to wait for check-in because they arrive early. Thank you, ma'am.

The hotel facilities are quite good, the only downside is that there is no air conditioning in the room, so it's hot when you sleep at night, so you have to open the balcony. When you open it, you can hear the sound of the river or vehicles.

The staff is friendly... The view is beautiful... Especially the room is clean and fragrant... Highly recommended for staying in Puncak.

Everything is the best! Especially the deluxe type with balcony~ I requested a room with the best view because I wanted to heal and work while looking at nature. And indeed, I was given the top floor and got a middle position room. Thank you, staff *So regret only booking for 1 night🫠. It will be on my repeat booking list if I stop by Puncak again hehe

It was a really fun stay here, worth the price. The location is easy to access, and highly recommended. The cafe is also great; just order via WhatsApp and it'll be delivered.

The kettle was used to cook noodles and was not cleaned, overall it was comfortable, it's the second time too, next time I want to order more sandals, min, yesterday the second time there were no sandals for the room because the floor was cold. The place is good 👍

the staff is friendly". the hotel is also clean even though there is a swimming pool and a place to hang out downstairs, it seems fun to relax" there, but it turns out that the room itself is very comfortable so I don't want to go down to hang out downstairs 😁 plus there is a kitchen so it's even more comfortable & at home. the food is also delicious, the price is still affordable. for the price of the hotel is really" affordable. I think if I go to Puncak I want to stay here again, but next time I want a room with a private pool

Early check-in allowed if room already available. This is the unique one, free refill of drinking water in each room. I don't see this in some hotels in Puncak. Good service!

The staff is friendly, very comfortable, the riverside view and city light view are really good.

This room is really nice. Take the royal room which has its own private pool, there is a kitchen, it is comfortable and clean and smells really good. I will come back again.

The room exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean, good facilities, the room with the view is really cool for daydreaming/working while looking at the view. The best moment is sunset and sunrise!
