Ministry Homestay was an impressive place to stay for me. Located on Jalan Prawirotaman, a bustling area with lots of tourists, cafes, and an abundance of food, it's easy to find something to eat if you need something. There are also plenty of convenience stores nearby. If you're planning a stay in Yogyakarta, you won't regret staying at Ministry Homestay. Thank you. I hope this review is helpful.

Comfortable, clean, close to everywhere

Recommended for staying in the Prawirotaman area

Located in the Prawirotaman area, close to Tempo Gelato, it's quite good for resting and close to everywhere. The family bunkbed room is quite comfortable and you can still add an extra bed.

Always good to be back here. Great choice for friends and family trip, amenities are around the corner. Cozy ambiance with cafe in front, seating area inside the room is my kid's favorite. The staff are very helpful.

Good hotel, good price, good staff, good location, clean...

Stayed here for 3 days, no drinks, extra toothbrushes, and new towels every day. No room make-up service offered either. Usually, other hotels offer that as soon as we arrive from outside. And please, for this price, your towels are very low quality. Stayed on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator. Can you imagine how tired I was? Overall, it's comfortable, but nothing special, but if you bring a baby, it's recommended not to stay here, it's next to the cafe's till drop so the sound penetrates to the room.

The staff was very nice, the room was quite impressive, the bathroom was clean, only the towels were not changed.

The room smells good, is clean, and the staff is friendly and helpful. It's safe to take beautiful photos, with plenty of photo spots. It's close to everywhere you go. And for a group stay, the price is affordable, too, hahaha, highly recommended👍

The room is comfortable, but the towels don't absorb water well. The shower isn't very strong. It's also a short walk to Prawirotamaan Market. There's a self-service laundry nearby, like One Step or whatever it's called. It's cheap. The hotel has a homey atmosphere. I didn't try the food.

Comfortable rooms, the homestay is very aesthetic, I will come back next time I go to Jogja 😊

First time to Jogja and stayed at the Ministry which was comfortable, quiet, the room was fragrant and spacious, the bathroom was very spacious with a bathtub, the staff were really friendly and polite, only 1 thing was that there was no water heater in the room for coffee/tea, so I had to ask the staff first, but next time I go to Jogja I will definitely stay here again

Recommended cheap accommodation, clean place, there is a spa and a cafe downstairs, close to everywhere. And the most exciting thing is that it is close to Tempo Gelato, just a short walk away.

The hotel is comfortable, the staff is friendly, the check-in process is easy, the room smells nice and clean, the AC is cold, the water is hot (not warm anymore) really comfortable to stay here, next time I go to Jogja I will stay here again 😍
