Poor quality service, the money spent is too expensive, not worth it when received. There is not a single department that does well, not professional. Was the worst FLC of the FLCs I've stayed at. This is probably the last time booking at FLC. This is also the time when I wanted to change the room class and couldn't. Then, at the last minute, I changed the room class to another hotel in the system area for me. Real disappointment. Room booked on the app on average 2 nights 2.75 million/night + surcharge for children staying (including 1 large + 1 small) at 8 million/ 2 nights for 1 room but as bad as room class 1.2 million/night. Felt so sorry and wasted money. Definitely never put on the app nor in the FLC system.
