Unfortunately, there's no key to the room, even though it's a family room. There's only one key provided: the entry key.

I think the checkout time must be at 12 pm, since the check-in starts at 3 pm and the host also asked the guest to clean and throw the rubbish by themself, I really don't mind about it. But if the guest cleans their room, then the checkout time must be longer

Okay, clean and comfortable, the place is right on the beach.

I've been a regular every time I go to Batam, I always stay here. The staff are friendly, the rooms are nice, comfortable, and clean. I can request an early check-in, as I usually check out early in the morning depending on the flight/ship schedule for my next destination. Yesterday, the refrigerator wasn't cold, but after I told the owner, they immediately replaced it. It's great. I'll definitely come back here again in the future. 😍

The view is good, but it's lacking a higher floor... even though the title says high floor.

It was one of my best experiences staying in this condo. I and my family really enjoy staying here. The room is very clean. The aircon is cold. The location is very close to Batam Center Ferry and Mega Mall. The view is superb. The contact person is really responsive and helps us a lot. I will stay here again on my next visit, In Sya Allah.

stayed here with friends.. initially doubtful because of the review regarding the unfriendly security, but when at the location, the security was very helpful.. Atmosphere/Facilities: complete facilities, the room is also clean, got a room with a view of the Welcome to Batam landmark. there are complete kitchen equipment, coffee, tea and sugar, refrigerator, netflix, etc.. in the bathroom provided shampoo and liquid lifeb*y soap. Food: did not take the breakfast package, but behind the apartment there is a circle K which is quite cheap 😁 Staff Assistance: the owner is friendly and full, initially we stayed 2 nights, then added 2 more nights.. the owner also provides change of towels if desired. Price: the price is still relatively cheap with complete facilities and 2 rooms. Location: very strategic because it is located in the city center
